I only have like two female/afab F/Os so whenever I'm on my period all I can think of is my male/amab F/Os trying to make me feel better and having no fucking clue how to do it

I know realistically or canonically some of them would know (probably learned about it in sex ed as a kid or something) but the comedic aspect of having so many guys who just don't know how to help with their partner's period but they still try just makes me laugh. Some just leave me chocolates as I hide under my blankets, some try to comfort me but have no clue how, etc
