Eridian equivalent of a tattoo artist

The glowing parts on its hands are natural; the golden parts are not

REEEALLY wishes there was a way for Eridians to "see" colour besides rough/not rough texture

Average Eridian height

The "tattoos" are golden filigree! They don't mean anything, it's like wearing rings for fun

Other stuffs:

It's very spiky! It was pretty much like that when it was born but it did some potentially unethical carapace carving to make itself SPIKIER (idk if Eridians do this but THIS ONE DOES /hj)

Its voice is kinda jazzy, it likes to sing/perform

It's a tad bit of a menace

It works part-time in communications between Earth & Erid, which is what the big tattoo on its carapace represents (the flow of information around the universe basically!). I don't know how Eridian jobs n stuff work so I'm taking shots in the dark

So fun facts about animals and how they interact with the atmosphere! All animals (including us) all depend on oxygen to determine how large our own species get. It's actually why ocean creatures tend to be larger, also known as deep sea gigantism. But animals on our own earth can be much larger due to the fact that our pressure is actually relatively low compared to most planets we've studied (Some planets can actually rain shards of glass!)

So If we take into the fact that Rocky's atmosphere is Likely much more pressurised and very hot, larger creatures are probably not possible. Again I'm not an expert on space aliens made of rocks, but generally with an atmosphere like that, most Eridians would be small to medium sized creatures. Even if Rocky is about the size of a Labrador that doesn't mean that other Eridians can't be bigger but it's unlikely they'll be anything close to the size of a blue whale. Again I'm not an expert but I absolutely love the idea of Adrian being bigger than Rocky, it reminds me of the assistant and CEO smutty fanfiction.

But that's my little ramble because I've been writing a sci-fi novel so I'm just going down a rabbit hole of research and education on how aliens on Mars would look like. Take Rooooockyyyy

This post is gonna be serious, it's not a lighthearted joke to throw around, it's a genuine message that I feel I need to get off my chest.

Production for any of our video game is going to stop just for a little while, about 2 weeks or so...And the reason is because of my mental health. I haven't taken much time to appreciate my life and let alone have taken the time to slow down since I started working about 3 years ago. And it's more than just I'm simply burned out and need a simple break for two weeks. It's a couple years worth of problems that have only gotten worse over time. My physical health has gone down the drain, I'm not in the best shape either. Breathing problems, hearing problems, and constant exhaustion from how little sleeping actually does for me. I'm aware that some of the more minor symptoms I didn't list are a byproduct of depression, but it doesn't feel right to have these many problems.

I'm saying this as somebody who has struggled with depression most of my life, take care of yourself. I'm well aware of the irony in saying that is well...ironic because I have a hard time taking care of myself. But I'm not going to keep living this way, I can't sit down and tell everyone everything is alright when it's not. My way of living in this constant state of anxiety and stress is not healthy for me and frankly everyone else is involved in the development process. So I'm taking the time off to get my shit in order, taking the time for myself. Yes it's exceedingly difficult to do so, but I think this will benefit me and everyone else around me.

Please make sure to take care of yourself, stay hydrated, eat plenty, sleep plenty, and always appreciate the little things around you when you're feeling down. I love you all, good morning, good evening and goodnight to all.
