Hi small quick little thing: I may cut my hiatus short because I am actually starting to feel a little bit better. I think what I needed was a couple days rather than a whole month. I might be on and off my socials because I am still feeling a bit burnt out but Iām doing better now.
Okay Iām done Iām gone for true. Iām turning off the comments and hopefully reblogs next time I speak about anti-blackness on Tumblr like Iām doing with the Twitter now. People just be hostile as fuck on here itās not even funny.
I know Iām supposed to be on break, but let me just say this due to a recent interaction on this app.
I do not tolerate hostility.
I do not tolerate hostility towards me or anyone whoās am I talking to about anything relating to bigotry.
I have been called slurs, told harmful and bigoted things, and have even been harassed at points in my life.
I have seen this happen to my peers and others.
I try to keep an open mind in most situations but I also like to keep my peace. I am not afraid to block you if youāre showing any sort of hostility towards me or my peers when speaking about forms of bigotry.
Another community once again proving that they donāt like black people who would have guessed the V-Tubing communityā¦! So many forks found in this damn kitchenā¦
You forgot the part where BLACK Brazilians came forward to defend her and said that they weren't bothered by what she was doing and didn't consider it racist.
But of course you're ignoring them beacuse you Americans always want to have the moral high ground on everyone š.

You aināt never gon believe this, but Iām not American lmao. Afro-Caribbean here. I donāt even live in America.
Second of all, if you believe itās solely Americans who are trying to explain to people why this is harmful, youāre actually mistaken. Black people all over the world are trying to explain why this was harmful. Many of these people are trying to be very respectful with it only to be met with hostility rather than respectful responses. And some of these people who are being hostile are calling these people āBlack Amerikkkansā like it makes any sense to compare Black Americans to their oppressors. I had people like this in my Twitter replies when I made tweets not even fully relating to the situation.
Also do you hate Americans or specifically the Americans who are oppressed in that country? Your burner blog is giving me signals. Nothing mixed, just signals.
If you wanna speak about your opinion on this situation with me, donāt come here acting hostile, because Iām gonna assume you didnāt come here in good faith.

3. It depends on how I feel, but I may make a serious announcement regrading Black Fandom. I have had many recent thoughts about that blog and the state of it, but I am unsure of what to do. I will not say whether this is a good or bad thing. Just know when I return from my hiatus there may be a serious announcement.
My hiatus from most social platforms is starting today and ending at the end of this month if not shortly after. I may occasionally post art to my Art Blog (@mamaglitchys-art-blog) and Art Twitter Account but that is it.

Seeing that post about Blue made me start giggling because yeah it seems Deltarune has its first canonically Black character, not to mention that heās a queer gnc man!! I was planning on asking you about him at some point!
Also as expected for a Black character: This fandom doesnāt seem to like him as much š He gets whitewashed, talked shit about (āHeās boringā, etc.) , and some people donāt even believe heās Black/Black-coded ššš It sucks ššš
