But, Glo, thatâs what made it so brilliant!
If Iâm sitting through a movie, I want to know what happens. I want to be told what happens. None of this interpretation.Â

Say what you will, but I didnât think the movie was all that bad.Â
But there was no definitive ending!
âI never thought Iâd get sick of the library but I think I actually forgot the outdoors existed. Being free to do nothing for a little while is actually great!â
âAny plans while youâre free?â
âEeeeeeeeeep!â
âIn case you ever feel like youâre missing home, you know?â
âNot if itâs her super-special seventeenth birthday!â
âWell then happy birthday.â She stated, handing her a small pink box.
âIf you think you can handle me after an entire cake, go wild. Iâm not gonna tell you not to buy me things. Just gonna say I donât think my mom would like you getting me all wound up.â
âThen I must discuss belated birthday plans with your mother, of course.â
âWell, you missed it. It was in February. Youâll just have to find some way to make it up to me.â
âWhat about a belated birthday cake?â
âHere I am!â
âWell happy birthday, my dear! Is it against the rules to give presents to students?â
âYou donât even know when my birthday is, Miss FayeâŠâ
âWell when is it then?â
ââŠNo, but if it was, would you show up? Or is this just a special Gail thing?â
âYou know it hurts my self-esteem when you pick other students over me. And my work ethic. And my feelings.â
âOf course, I mean Iâd only show up if you wanted me to.â
âHenry... I donât pick other students over you. I love all my students unconditionally.â
âŠWhy are you here? âŠNo teachers show up to my birthdaysâŠ
âŠAm I missing out on something?
âI donât think itâs your birthday, Henry. Is it now?â
âOh, whereâs the birthday girl?â
GLORY: 1 new TXT from: EMI
Emi: NO
Emi: Gloria, how would you react if you were 16 and in a new relationship and you suddenly got ambushed by the Sex Talk, when it's all stuff you already know
Emi: she has the internet, after all
Glory: ... I'd probably have more sex
Glory: But you can't say "like mother like daughter"
Glory: We're totally different...
Solitude is Bliss| Frederick & Gloria
âReally, itâs no problem, plus the weather is looking like itâs going to get gross,â Â Frederick said walking up to the spot where he previously laid. Â He wasnât oblivious to the fact that she probably felt a bit uncomfortable with him, yet it seemed like they were back in high school at times. Â
âGlo,â he started, âmy car is right there and I donât want you getting hurt or something like that.â Â
Gloria looked up and sure enough a low rumble in the sky caused her to make a decision, âWell... Alright. Thanks.â
She hopped into his car and took in the smell that marked it as Frederickâs. It was a familiar scent she would associate with home. The blonde looked around and noted how much of his vehicle resembled the man. She blushed, remembering the times they did the deed in the back of his car. Gloria smiled as he climbed in, âNice ride. Very... You. Let me guess, the radio station is all country.â

Emi: Gloria, Gail willingly spends her Monday nights in meetings for a social justice organization
Emi: I think she knows about condoms
Glory: Condoms don't prevent pregnancies!!!
Glory: I would know...
Glory: I should talk to him/her, right??
Prom (or Nah?) | Glorick
Frederick witnessed a frazzled Gloria trying to add the finishing products onto the prom event though the festivities had already somewhat started. Â Not to add to his typical stereotypes anymore, but he always did find her adorable when she stomped around all angry, or at the very least frustrated. Â While she wasnât looking he pulled out his flask and dumped in a bit more of the vodka he had prepared for the night. Â
Since making the deal with Gloria, he had almost stopped drinking altogether, but it was a nasty habit to kick cold turkey. Â At the most three or four drinks rather than a bottle and a half a dayâtwice that on weekends. Â Thankfully it was fairly shitty alcohol so he didnât venture to want a drink as it wasnât exactly top shelf. Â He wasnât paying much attention and allowed his head to fall forward and his hand was pressing against the table for support. Â Someone ran into him and he looked up abruptly to see none other than Gloria.Â
Frederick waited until she stopped and realized who he was and grinned widely when she did, âDonât worry, Glo, Iâm here to make sure none of these ruffians get into things too early.â He winked at her and then reached to get the boxes he dropped.
Gloria rolled her eyes, âWith prom, anything is possible. I wouldnât be surprised if some couple is in the janitorâs closet right now. You should go check on that.â She teased, picking up the box from the floor. The blonde passed the decorations to a student and instructed her to place them where she see fit.
She turned back to Frederick and smiled, âYou look dapper! Age definitely suits you. But... Here.â She closed the space between their bodies and fixed Frederickâs tie. From the close proximity, she could smell the faint scent of alcohol. But Gloria turned the cheek, she couldnât involve herself in whatever he was doing beforehand.Â
She brushed the shoulders of his jacket and nodded approvingly. Taking a step back, Gloria admired the way he looked tonight, âSave me a dance?â She teased.Â
Solitude is Bliss| Frederick & Gloria
Frederick scrunched his nose at her in a teasing manner and, in rebuttal, he shook his wet hair in her direction. As inappropriate as he knew it was he couldnât help but find himself glancing over at the soaring shirt pinned to Gloriaâs body.  He shook the thought off, not in his wet pants, because if he could see her she could faintly see him.
âOh, shit,â Frederick panicked and grabbed at his pockets feeling a heavy block in his pocket then sighed in dismay pulling out his drowned I-Phone.  âWell, I would let you, but, âhe dangles the phone between two of his fingers. Â
He shrugged, âI could always drive you home.â
âOh no! I really wouldnât want to bother you!â She stated, shaking her head. âI mean I appreciate it but Iâm sure youâve somewhere to be and papers to grade or something.â The blonde justified, daring not to look at the way his wet clothes hugged his body just a little tighter.
âIâll just... Run a bit faster.â Gloria nodded. She knew that being in a vehicle with him would bring back too many memories. But she moved on. Hadnât she?
