jaexkwn replied to your post: “Hey, welcome to ICE. It's good to see some new faces, I'm sure I'll be seeing you around a lot, hopefully we get a chance to talk at some point!”:
"Well, I just figured you might be busy with bein' new and all, but hey, if you're free then I'm definitely up for talking."
"I suppose. I have nothing to do as of now though, so I don't mind talking. May I ask for your name?"
yisora replied to your post: “Hi there." Her eyes slowly scanned the other, unsure whether she'd seen him before at the company. "Are you new here?”:
Uneased by the males response, she took a small step back, unsure whether she should just leave or continue to question him. "Uh-- I'm sorry. You seem awfully busy. Perhaps I'll bother you another time, hm?" A sheepish laugh sounded.
"Busy?" He echoed, "Depends on what you would consider being busy. I was just finishing up a thought." Setting the pen down beside the notebook, he switched his attention to the female. He propped his chin up against his palm and looked up at her from his seat with a raised eyebrow. "What is it that you wanted to 'bother' me with?"
His clearly deriding reply was making her to blow a fuse but she clenched her teeth and took a deep breath and scoffed as well, crossing her arms. “And i’m lucky again that i don’t work here so i probably won’t see you.” She kinked up her eyebrows briefly crossing her arms.
She squinted not having any intentions to return the clearly pulled smile and let out a faint huff. “Yeah, see you too—..” Not knowing his name she paused for a bit to figure out how to call him. “..rude smoker! Oh and by the way there’s a garbage bin near the door!” She referred to the cigarette end he dropped on the road earlier.
A chuckle sounded from his lips at her comment and he turned around on his heel to face the door. "Call me Holland, and I don't care. Someone that does will come along and throw it out eventually." He raises his hand in a final gesture of goodbye before stepping through the doors of the building and disappearing from her view.
"Hi there." Her eyes slowly scanned the other, unsure whether she'd seen him before at the company. "Are you new here?"
"Hi." He replied in a flat, monotone voice. A sense of disinterested was hinted in his tone and body language as he didn't bother to make eye contact with the other; he simply hummed in response to her question and continued to scribble down in his notebook.
She was oh her way from the shooting another episode, rather tired and hungry what was drastically affecting her mood.Obviously not in a better direction. She diced to stop by the ICE Entertainment building and message her friend in case he would like to have dinner with her but she didn’t get any reply. As she stood there waiting the smell of smoke kept irritating her senses so she walked to the smoker standing right in front of him, ready to complain about the smell. Nevertheless, the other’s action taken her back a bit. The direct eye contact made her stuck up with words for a moment but young woman got herself together and frowned up at him.
“I’m Soo and your smoke is bothering me.”
"Well, Soo, that sounds like a personal problem. Tough luck." He scoffs, "Actually, you're in good luck since I'm just about finished here. I can't promise that you won't see me here smoking again, though."
The man took a step back towards the doors of the building, waving a small goodbye. An ever-so-slight smile graced the corners of his lips, but it was more of a taunting gesture than of a genuine one. "I'll see you again, Soo. Maybe."
With a furrowed brow, the man took in a long drag from his cigarette. The smoke left his lungs in an annoyed sigh through his nasal cavity. He had previously been squatting against the sidewalk just outside of his workplace, but he rose to his feet to face the stranger before him. Dropping what was left of the stick from his lips to the floor, he placed his foot over the stub and stared into the other's eyes.
"Oh? And who might you be?"
"Hey, welcome to ICE. It's good to see some new faces, I'm sure I'll be seeing you around a lot, hopefully we get a chance to talk at some point!"
"Hello, and thank you." The man exchanged a quick glance with the other, but his eyes immediately fell back to the pages of his book. "Are we not talking right now? If you'd like to speak, no time is better than the present."
"Hi. And welcome to ICE."
❝Hello, and thank you!❞
"Welcome to ICE"
❝Thank you, miss. It's a pleasure to be here.❞
[ !! ] Made a slight change to his English name. I gave him the middle name Holland, and when it comes to his English and overall alias, he prefers to be called Holland. He'll probably refer to himself as Holland from now on. (It adds to the mysterious vibe he likes to have going on keeping his true name hidden.)
Almost done with the new theme, then I'll be up and running again--
