Amethio had no idea why he had suddenly felt the urge to laugh like that...But, once he had gotten it out of his system, he would be bowing apologetically. That is, despite the fact that he was still fighting an unwarranted chortle that was still harassing him.

❛ yeah, figured i should dress for the environment if i know i'm stayin' for a while. easier to shake sand outta this, at least. ❜ he means to give the hem of his shirt a shake as mere punctuation, but a pinch of trapped sand does spill out, proving his point immediately. it's certainly more practical to wear a simple & already worn cotton shirt than to hold on to the jacket with the persistent duo of local sun & sand ( even having lived over a consecutive year in alola once, living in a beach house, sand's ability to sneak up on one never stops surprising satoshi ) .

practical. that's always been satoshi's main thing, so long as something is practical & comfortable in travel & battle, it's good enough for him. but ... maybe it's that hau so often looks as nice as comfortable, maybe it's as simple as valuing his imput ...

a pointless readjustment of the clasps of his brace, a shy fidget. ❛ ... what do you think ?? ❜ if he's honest with himself, he'd like if hau thought he looked as nice as comfortable, too.

Interesting news has made its' way to Exceed. Talks of an accomplished trainer, one who has been granted the blessings of Pokemon Deities themselves... Oh... He could never pass this up. And to broadcast it, for all to see? He would call it foolish, but Spinel will see how this goes...

A letter sent. And then all they could do is wait. Exceed is well known across the globe. Hosting a range of products which benefit both trainers, and Pokemon. Most recently, their Strong Spheres which are spreading quick, and commonly show up in Pokemon battles across Paldea now.

"We, at Exceed, welcome you!"

"Thank you so much for accepting our invitation. It is a pleasure." A 'genuine' smile, a bow, the perfect appearance to greet their invited guest.

"I am Spinel, the Company Director. Of course, I came to welcome you here personally. We've heard all about you."

ANOTHER EQUINE SNORT. The aqua plume of his tail twitches, and ever so curiously, Keldeo dares to take a step closer. Humans were often as plain as they were untrustworthy, but this one struck his intrigue. According to his fellow Swords, no man had wings of his own with which to fly. They often relied on the aid of other pokemon to do so.

. . . Yet this one clearly had wings.

'Are you a human?' For once, the interrogative tone of his voice softens, and the tiniest tilt of the head can be seen. 'You smell human . . . you look human . . . but those wings clearly aren't human.'

...what's with today. What's with all the brats causing a ruckus, what's with everything?!

And yet, Volo remains the same. He smiles, he offers nothing but a gentle voice and a joke as he turns towards the other, as carefree as he could be.
