my secret: i like 90s/2000s pop music. i talk so much about how i hate pop music, and i do dislike a lot of it! at least, a lot of modern pop music. i try hard to keep an open mind but... i'm sorry, tswift pales in comparison to britney and she always will.

100% agree with you there. 90’s/2000’s pop had this secret sauce to it that no other decade before or since has been able to tap into. Modern pop sounds so bland in comparison and I do blame Tswift for the decline (as well as the decline in our planet’s clean air).

The older i get, the more i realize that someone making time for you is one of the clearest signs they care. Everyone is busy. Everyone has responsibilities and their own battles to fight. So when someone consistently chooses to spend their time with you, checks on you, and makes space for you in their life, it means something. time is one thing we can never get back, and people don't give it away lightly.
