Applying eyeliner well is a timeless art. You can always leave. Awkward dates, suffocating jobs, hometowns that you outgrow, relationships that aren’t growing in the right direction. You can always come home again. But it won’t be the same. Life is too short for bad books, boring movies, shitty people, and margarine. Never underestimate the importance of eyebrows.

3 SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE MOVES FOR THE GLUTES
All 4’s, Side Leg Extension - Get on all fours with elbows locked and hands directly underneath your shoulders, placed shoulder width apart. Tilt your hips slightly and lift your knee off the ground about 6 inches. Tense up your abs, inhale, and lift your leg up to the side and extend it fully. Pause briefly, exhale, and return to starting position. Do 15 reps on each side.
Supine 1 Leg Up Pelvic Thrust - Lie on your back with arms extended at your sides, palms facing down. Bend one knee at 90 degrees. Lift and fully extend your other leg, your foot parallel to the ground. Inhale, tighten your glutes, push off on your heel, and thrust your pelvis so that your thigh and upper body form a straight line. Pause briefly, exhale, and return to starting position. Do 15 reps on each side.
All 4’s, Butt Kick - Get on all fours with elbows locked and hands directly underneath your shoulders, placed shoulder width apart. Tilt your hips slightly and lift one knee about 6 inches off the ground. Inhale, tighten your abs, and bring your knee towards your chest, then kick out and fully extend your leg. Pause briefly, exhale, and return to starting position. Keep abs tight and elbows locked throughout. Do 15 reps on each side.
