my love, if you struggle with low self esteem or imposter syndrome. This is my grown woman advice to you: a starter.
Your brain lies to you, because it has been programmed by the constant repeating of the mantra of"not-good-enough-never-be-loved-i-must-prove-myself etc." this is first thing you view everything by. This is your current lens of viewing the world. A filter.
What we want to do is shift this lens into something better. Another mantra. Until you do that nothing can change because you can't see yourself do it and achieve it.
(meditation does just this - you can observe your own biases and your own filter if you sit still and let them come at you.)
So, the basic format is you start with something small and enjoyable. If you follow me here- start with

I get to live with ease and with beauty.
I am so loved in many ways.
I am assertive and important.
Simple thing, which does not trigger an alarm of "this is not me". Slowly you'll see it come up as easily as a put yourself down thought and replace it.
Keep replacing each thought with something more aligned with the way you want to see yourself. It is a small step but it shifts something important.
Your life is way too important to live in the dark. You are not here to suffer my love. Start living.
i've spoken before about how upgrading key items can enhance your life, but refinement isn’t only about upgrading and adding more. don't forget to also remove anything that feels meh, unnecessary, or uninspired.
clear the objects that feel stagnant. edit your wardrobe until every piece feels right. let go of commitments that drain rather than energise. stop consuming things that dilute and distract from your vision.
remember: luxury isn’t just in what you add—it’s in what you allow to remain.
