🕊️This is a photograph of little Fletcher Merkel. He was one of two children murdered in the Minneapolis school shooting this week🖤

Such a horrible tragedy for the Catholic community. That a violent gunman would open fire on innocent, pure children at Christ's Holy Mass. Jesus, hold these two precious little angels close to your heart. They died remembering Your own Holy Sacrifice. No one can hurt them now because they are with You in Your Kingdom. Please heal those children still clinging to life and recovering from their wounds.

At times like this, we must believe even more firmly in the Resurrection and Jesus' promise of new Life. Jesus, too, was violently and unjustly killed. He never forgets those who have suffered in the same way, and He draws them all to His arms, where there is no more suffering, no more pain.

You came into this broken world so that we could know and understand LOVE. You wanted to show us how loved we are by God, our Father and Creator. You wanted to teach us how to love God back in return. And you wanted to show us, by example, how to love others from our hearts. Because You were and are LOVE itself.🎄❄️🌟
