Studies and stuff show that doing something as soon as you wake up gives you a sence of accomplishment and puts you on a better track for the rest of the day. I brush my teeth, what do you do when you wake up? Breakfast of champions at the office hahaha trying to eat healthy when you're also lazy is hard.

Ive had a particularly aweful past few months lately. I dont mean to complain but im depressed to begin with on top of that I left my loving marriage, had to put down my dog, have been through a few jobs recently, and my car is in the shop. I started to have hope when I met someone new only to break things off with him last night for no real reason and now I have woken up to find my fish Oden floating upside down in his tank.... I can only go up from here it seems.

In the hayatt on Maui for the week, its only been two days and already i feel like i have a whole new outlook on life and i am absolutely in love with the Hawai'ian culture! When I get home in getting strings for my ukulele!
