Happy 10 Year Anniversary Mianite!!

this is practically a dead blog so I won’t say much but Mianite changed my life in such a tremendous way, from how I interacted with fandom spaces online to how I learned proper english by having this blog! I owe a lot to this silly lil minecraft series and even though it’s been YEARS since I was invested in the creators that were in it, I will never forget how much I loved them and how dear this series is to my heart.

Maybe I’ll do a full recap of all that I loved about this series one day, not right now tho because my head and heart are just swirling with emotions about the fact that it’s been 10 FULL YEARS since Mianite. Thank you, truly, for giving us this amazing series.

Mianite Recaps

Okay, So I’ve seen a lot of people, including my friends, struggling with catching up Mianite. I mean, I can’t blame them. Each episode is 2 hours long, There are over a 100 episodes and there are 2 seasons. But here’s the thing, Not every single episode has important storyline stuff in it. So what if there was someone/a group that could pick the important episodes out of there and make a playlist for the people that want to catch up? Well, That’s what we are gonna do with this little project!

And since there are 4 streamers (5 in Season 2! Well, I’m not counting the wizards since they have their own storyline and stuff like that.) I can’t really do this all by myself so I’m asking your help! If you wanna help me with this project, please contact me by sending a message.

(Ok I’m l i v i n g for the alter!flyianite and Tom (xsyndicateprxject) interactions, they make me wanna write stuff about it ;-;) I realize that I’m kinda late to the party, but do you know if any other (other than you) Mianite rp blogs are still up and running? I’m thinking of starting one of my own, which is why I’m asking :p

(OOC; OHH AN ASK! Oh my god I haven’t had one in aaaages! Okay so it has been a while since I have done any rping in general, I pretty much stopped after the fandom died, so yeah I’m afraid that most of the mianite rpblogs have died.

The people I always used to rp with, the ones who did Nanners and Tom and Sonja and all, They are the ones I fell out of touch with. I have no idea where they currently are and what they are doing right now so sorry ;-;

Buuut! There is one who’s blog still lives! And that’s my dearest @cxptainsparklez !! Tay’s been going in and out of hiatus for a lil while but so hopefully you’ll catch Tay when the blog is out of hiatus!

Hmm, I have to say that I kinda fell out of touch with most of the fandom after years had passed so I’m not sure if there are any more Mianite RP blogs active. Still, I would love to return to this blog and be active again so if anyone is interested, Let me know!! Also, I also lived for Alter!Fly and Syndicate hehe, I miss those days..)

So like, Roleplaying & Roleplayers...

I still think that it's funny how I actually have years of roleplaying experience. I mean, This blog has existed for 3 years now and before I got this blog I also had another blog for like, 2 years and even before that I used to roleplay in Dutch on another site.

But the funny thing is that I still think of myself as an inexperienced roleplayer because of the fact that my English used to be... Well, Just very poor lol and the fact that I never bothered to use icons/pictures and to customize this blog (Confession: I mostly use the mobile app version of tumblr so I don't really know how the site works... After all those years I still don't know... RIP)

So yeah, Tip for all the new roleplayers on this site: Don't be discouraged by seeing all those good professional (I'm not sure if Professional is the right word to use here but you know what I mean lol) roleplayers. I mean, I know plenty of roleplayers like that and I can assure you, We're all massive derpy nerds who love any kind of interaction with their muses. I mean, I used to squeal in delight whenever another Mianite roleplayer wanted to interact with my OC baby Flyianite (<3) and I had some really good friends for some time because of that (Still sad about the fact that we lost contact).

TL;DR - I still think of myself as a rather inexperienced roleplayer despite having 5+ years of experience. Oh and Don't be afraid to interact with other roleplayers, Every roleplayer is a really kind massive derp.

Thank you for all the random conversations we had 3 years ago. Back when the Mianite Hype was a thing and where our roleplay blogs were the first mianite roleplay blogs on here. I have a lot of good memories from that time and thanks to roleplay with you all my english also improved! So thank you for all that.

The captain turned around when he sensed a presence from behind him. After seeing who it is, a dark grin grew on his face. “Oh, Fly! Ohoho isn’t it good to see you!” 

Flyianite had been standing there for quite a while now, Watching him, Observing him. Something about the man was different today. It was as if he had planned something horrible, Which was probably true since he was a follower of Dianite and he had this grin on his face that just scared her, But she couldn’t figure out what had made the man so happy. That’s why she chose to approach him instead of just looking at him from a distance like she usually did.

“Sparklez!” She said with a smile on her face as she gave the bouquet of flowers to him. “What do you think of these flowers? For some reason they remind me of you.” A lie, She had quickly made a bouquet just so she had an excuse tot talk to him. After all, Ianite had warned her to never talk to him but she couldn’t help it. What was so bad about the man that Ianite wouldn’t want her to even come close to him? She knew that he was a follower of Dianite but he couldn’t be that evil, Could he? 

It seemed like she was avoiding him, now that he had become a follower of Dianite. The first few days, he was concerned. That was before the urge to spread chaos kicked in. Now, it’s actually quite rare for him to feel anything other than hatred, anger, and twisted happiness. 

The captain’s grin haltered slightly when Fly gave him a bouquet. It was endearing, but it didn’t really faze him. “Ah, really? Thanks.” His unnaturally red eyes looked into hers, making direct eye contact when he spoke once more. “Was that all you came to see me for?”

"I-" She couldn't even say a single word to him. Even though it had been months since she last saw him, She didn't think that he would change this much. He had this aura around him, This aura full of anger and hatred. Flyianite had seen other followers of Dianite with this aura but with Sparklez it seemed so much more intense. The only one she had ever seen with this exact same aura was the Champion of Dianite himself, Syndicate.

Somewhere, Somewhere behind those red eyes hid her friend, her Captain. Even though he was so different now, There was no way that everything he had done before was an act. The gentle kind man she knew was still somewhere in him, He had to be.

"I- I was just curious about how you've been! I- I mean... It has been quite a while since I've last seen you..."
