A summary of each song and the scene they're a part of. For those of you who have not seen the show, but want to enjoy the album!
Act 1 songs HERE
"My Brother Is Aβ¦" - Sam, Alan, Edgar, Ensemble
Our first song to kick off Act 2. Takes place right after Michael crashes through the bedroom window. In a more humorous tone, Sam realizes that the Frog Brothers were right and that vampires are real. He goes into full scaredy cat mode. In his panic, he imagines vampires overwhelming the house, albeit more cartoonish ones in silly, cheap costumes (think what you see at Spirit Halloween). When Michael leaves the house to fix the situation, Sam calls the Frogs to tell them what's going on. They GLEEFULLY offer to kill his brother since he can't do it, but he begs them to help find the head vampire instead. Poor Sammy is just not having a good time (also it's been ONE WEEK since their move).

"Wild" - Lucy, Max, Ensemble
A beautiful song that shows us who Lucy is beyond motherhood. Lucy is out on her date with Max, who is giving her a tour of Santa Carla after she's been away for decades. The come across an abandoned playground (ironically called Neverland) and she happily recounts stories of her teenaged years. How she was a hippie who loved to smoke weed, be silly, and talk about how important love was for the world. At first Max is dismissive and even disgusted by hippie culture, but she sings of how positive it was and how she envies the young girl she once was. Along the way, she lost herself and had to focus on growing up for the sake of her family. She wants to have that spark of her youth and make a difference in the world like she thinks her boys can. The two of them play around the different pieces of playground equipment, embracing their wild sides just for this special moment. In the end, they're all smiles and Max is supportive of her dreams. They leave together for the night, happy with their budding relationship.
"Belong to Someone" (reprise) - David, Marko, Dwayne, Paul, Michael
Takes place after David stops their concert to greet Michael, who has been feverishly looking for answers for what's happening to him. The boys are all patient and sympathetic, offering understanding since they all went through the same thing too. David in particular reveals that he's been a vampire for over a century, and how he walked the earth alone and scared for ages. How he found the boys along the way and that they all created a bond like no other. They promise Michael that he won't be hurt and that this vampirism is their gift to him. David even points out that Michael's nasty bruise is completely gone now, thanks to the blood healing him. Feeling more at ease, Michael agrees to follow his new family into the night. Little does he know what that entails.
"You Belong to Me" - Father, David, Marko, Dwayne, Paul, Ensemble
A sinister turn in the story. The boys all take Michael to a bonfire, where three strangers are hanging out. They all taunt the party-goers and say that they're hungry before going to slice and bite at them. Michael watches in horror as his friends become deranged and bloodthirsty while the humans scream in terror. One of them begs Michael to help them, all while David offers for Michael to make his first kill then and there to complete the transformation. Overwhelmed with hunger from the sight of blood, Michael is very tempted. But his lingering humanity takes over, and he runs away while exclaiming that he can't do it. David ends up killing and eating the man instead. As he runs, Michael is tormented with visions in his head of both his dad and David. Both of them declare how he wanted this (referencing Belong to Someone) and that he will never truly escape. Ironically, both men have their grip on him because of the blood that ties them together. A father-son biological relationship, and a one that was made with a blood ritual. It's agony, especially when he imagines a descent into Hell as the final destination of it all.
"War" - Star, Ensemble
Takes place after a moment between Star and David. Frustrated by Michael not taking the kill and worried about Star continuing to put off her own, David has a moment of real vulnerability with her. He tells her how he's worried and reminds her off the terrible state she was in when he brought her into the family. All he wants is for her and Michael to be happy, and he gives her hand a gentle squeeze before he leaves. In her time alone, Star sings about how there wasn't a choice in this for her and now she's trapped in this murderous limbo. The ghosts of the boys victims haunt her as she sings in agony, pained by how all the blood and violence and death feels like a warzone and she doesn't want to be apart of it. Her pain is genuine in this, but she's not done fighting.
"Your Mom's Boyfriend Is Aβ¦" - Alan, Edgar, Sam, Ensemble
Takes place during a meeting the Frogs have with Sam. They're trying to determine who the head vampire is, and theorize about the various residents of Santa Carla (and also Ronald Reagan). The brother have an epiphany, realizing that Max has all the characteristics of a charismatic vampire master. Sam is worried about their excitement to kill a random man that they barely know, but realizes that all of the weird stuff started when Lucy to the job he offered. He still wants to play it safe, so they make a plan to test him during his dinner date with Lucy.
"Lose Yourself" (reprise) - Lucy, Michael, Star
The stakes are much higher this time around. Lucy is infuriated after all the trouble her sons have caused. Michael running off and not listening to her, and Sam ruining her date with Max with his vampire hunting shenanigans. She scolds him, saying how she will no longer tolerate this behavior and the boys should expect more discipline if they keep this up. The song switches over to Michael, who is confronting Star about knowing the Lost Boys are vampires. He's angry and heartbroken, feeling used by her. However, the song slows and softens, mirroring the style of "Now, Forever". When she reveals how she didn't want this and that her feelings for Michael are genuine, he realizes that she's just as much of a victim to the boys as he is. Star truly doesn't want to be a vampire, and she doesn't want Michael to suffer with it either. When she says she wishes they hadn't met, he gently tells her not to say that. He cares for her deeply just like she does for him, and they shouldn't deny their feelings just because of the situation they're in. Feeling safe in the moment together, they share their first kiss.
"Michael" - Lucy
(Oooooh this one is a tear-jerker. Definitely reminds me of "Cheer Up, Charlie" from Willy Wonka)
Takes place in the Emerson house, nearly dawn. Lucy has been up all night, waiting for Michael to come home. Sam sheepishly apologizes to her, and gives her the comic book about vampires, giving one last plea to believe him. He leaves and Michael returns home, feeling exhausted by all the events he has experienced and ready to sleep during the morning light. Lucy's anger has fizzled out, and she's moreso worried than anything. When she offers to talk, he declines and disappears into his room. She sadly reminisces about how he would happily run to his mom when he was little, knowing he was safe with her. She wishes they had that connection again, even accepting the idea of him screaming at her if it meant they could talk. Lucy can't stand the silence and the distance growing between them. All she wants is to take the pain away from her baby and make him feel safe once again. But for now, she'll just make sure he's safe in his bed and sleeps well for the night. She loves her son so very much.
"Superpower" - Sam, Ensemble
A more upbeat song to come back from all the heartache and drama. After brainstorming again with the Frogs to figure out who their next target is for the Head Vampire, he pieces together the connection Michael has with The Lost Boys and how they could be the vampires that turned him. The brothers praise Sam for his brilliance and bravery before going off to get their supplies. in a moment of pride, Sam imagines himself as a real superhero, just like from his comic books. He's confident, powerful, and willing to take on any monster now. He pictures a whole team of superheroes in a rainbow of costumes, ready to fight the cartoonish vampires he imagined before. They fight by his side, lifting him up as he saves the day. Sam knows that his quirks are what make him unique, and that he won't fear anything from now on. May it be his father, bullies, or the dreaded vampires.
"No More Monsters" (reprise) - Sam, Alan, Edgar, Michael, Star, Ensemble
Marko is dead and the Emersons and Frogs are on the run as David vows to avenge his brother when night falls. Star has finally taken the leap and will fight alongside them and finally sever her bond to The Lost Boys. They all make their plans for the battle to come, vowing to cast out this new batch of monsters terrorizing their family. Star says she will no longer let them control her and tell her who to be. Michael says he'll keep his family safe, once and for all. Sam and the Frogs are ready to be the heroes of Santa Carla. They're all fighting for their future.
"The Reckoning" - David, Michael, Star, Max, Lucy, Ensemble
Shit hits the fan. After a massive, bloody battle between the humans and vampires, Michael and Star are still not back to normal. Max and Lucy arrive home, just as Michael doubles over in pain from the fight he had with David. As Max kneels down to the spot where David was staked, he makes the big reveal. HE is the head vampire. David and the boys were his children. He had a grand plan for all of them to become a family. With the secret out, his human mask slips and he goes from polite to cruel as he uses his powers to trap Sam and Michael in a demonic grip. He easily knocks back the Frogs and Star, not letting any of them stop him from fulfilling his plan. The lyrics have references to "The Secret Comes Out", when David was making the same kind of demands that Michael give into the vampirism. He holds out a hand to Lucy, demanding she take it so that they can be together forever. Scared for her sons, she takes his hand.......but tells him she can raise her boys on her own before thrusting her father's cross into Max's chest. He bursts into a explosion of red smoke and fire as the cross destroys him. When the song ends, Lucy reveals that she knew what to do because she read the comic book Sam gave her.
"If We Make it Through the Night" - Full Company
The final song of the show. After Max has been defeated and the Emerson family has reunited, they're all ready to start fresh again. Get the happy ending they've wanted all along. Star is thrilled to have her humanity back and ready to further her connection with Michael. The Frogs are now honorary members of the family, bonded with Sam as the vampire hunting trio. Lucy has found her confidence once again after saving her boys. As they all sing this powerful song, they reference previous ones as well ("Superpower", "Wild", "Belong to Someone"). The morning sunlight shines on them all, a glimmering spotlight of hope. Though they thrive in the light, we see the ghosts of the Lost Boys and Max in the shadows. Silent, still and observing the scene of what they've lost in this battle. While they watch the family go off to start a new day, Max puts a hand on David's shoulder. His son looks back to him.
According to accounts based on Cynthia's memories and inner circles, she heard an old audio recording of a band rehearsal, recorded on a cassette tape long before they achieved worldwide fame. On this tape, John Lennon called for Paul McCartney repeatedly: "Paul... Paul..." What impressed Cynthia the most was not the words themselves, but the tone of voice used by John. She described that he sounded in a "strangely subservient and pleading" (or vulnerable) way. Upon witnessing this moment focused purely on the dynamics between the two, Cynthia went on to comment in later conversations: "I knew there was something going on there. From his [John's] point of view, not necessarily Paul's".
Cynthia Lennon detailed this memory in her second official biography, titled "John", released worldwide in 2005.

001's feet took him, almost aimlessly, to one of the janitor's storage rooms. There was hardly ever such an occasion when 001 would be allowed to roam freely; in fact, such times never happened unless 001 made them happen. He took the liberty to step away from his duties for a while; nothing to be done which would deem him the necessary orderly.
Everything was quiet, in order. Papa wasn't there today; he was gone. That seldom happened, and because of that, the measures were more lenient. The other orderlies slacked, the guards were less vigilant, and the experiments were permitted to rest more than Papa would allow them. That didn't mean the place didn't retain its strictness, that sterile cold glow to it. Everything was unchanged, with the mere difference that for one day, Papa wasn't there to exert his influence.
And besides, there was something more important that 001 was concerned with other than lingering alongside the other orderlies during this shift. Earlier in the day, he heard from another orderly that during the morning checkup, you had been 'misbehaving'. The brash manner in which he referred to you irked 001, but he was content to have at least heard something about you. He intended to visit you regardless, but this information had worked in his favour, and so, as soon as the chance allowed it, he disappeared from sight and began to walk aimlessly. He wasn't sure where you'd be, the measures being less strict that day, and so he counted more on a stroke of luck.
At first luck, then intuition, and lastly, signs.
It was by happenstance that he took the corridor he did; then he had a feeling that he should keep walking ahead. Then the signs didn't fail to show: at first, a soft shuffle, a rustling sound from the side that perked his ears and caused his head to turn ever so lightly to that side, observing the only possible location from which the sound could be coming. His brow furrowed as he squinted, trying to see the door better. Not that he didn't already know this place by heart, every single corridor and door inscribed in his mind after these years like the patterns on his hands. He focused his eyes, perhaps trying to detect any motions, but he was still too far away for that.
"Hmm..."
A soft sigh fell from his lips as his steps lightened their weight, causing less and less sound despite approaching the janitor's storage room. The whole deal was curious, because 001 knew this floor's section was not supposed to have the janitor working at this hour. It was a more private section, and the man would only come to claim his supplies at 8 P.M. and return them before the clock struck midnight. An odd schedule, but Papa chose it so, for it granted this section a privacy that could prove necessary. But now? Papa wasn't here... and neither should the janitor be.
001 stopped when his feet were by the door and turned to look on either side of the corridor. Where he came from, he was confident nobody would be following, and from the opposite side, he was quite certain nobody had access, so if anyone was to come, it had to be from the direction he also did. With that in mind, 001 closed his eyes for a moment and allowed his hearing to focus on the strange sounds coming from inside the storage room.
Those weren't sounds of cleaning, or replacing supplies, not even organising them. There was something about the sounds that caused 001 to feel his heart rate increase for no particular reason, other than apprehension as he focused on them. His breath was hitched in his throat, listening with so much focus that when at last an identifiable sound came, he released the breath he was holding as a shuddered sigh.
He recognised the sound, a moan.
It was quiet, barely distinguishable had he not been paying extreme attention. But more importantly, it wasn't a moan of pain or effort; it was clearly one that betrayed a certain kind of enjoyment. He heard a story that Papa punished a nurse and an orderly for being caught acting improperly with each other during their shared shift; was this the case now too? Had he stumbled into impropriety? But he was certain there was only one source... And he feared that he might have recognised the timbre as being yours.
He swallowed heavily, his hand clutching the doorframe's slightly protruding side, listening, not bold enough to peek through the barely visible crack. That slit between the door and its frame was enough to give him a peek into what was taking place, a revealing yet frightening possibility that 001 delayed for a moment longer, listening closer, ear nearly pressed into the door but without moving it. His left hand was clutching so tightly that his veins were showing by now, and his fingers began to tense with cramps. But he didn't move an inch, almost glued to that spot.
Then he heard it again.
This time he was certain it was you, for it was more than a simple quiet moan this time; you had spoken one word. A shuddered fuck, followed by another moan. Now, had there been someone with you, surely he'd hear them. But no matter how focused he was, he couldn't hear anybody else.
His mind raced to what the other orderly said about your misbehaving. Had you been agitated because you were eager to meet up with someone? That was unlikely, but maybe you were eager to be alone with yourself. That was more plausible... You had been misbehaving because you were yearning for this alone time. The idea was dangerously thrilling, and 001 felt his own heart race at the thought that he could watch. All he had to do was move just a few inches, and his eye would be blessed with it.
With his hand clinging to the frame, he slid those few inches to the side, cocking his head so his eye was right at that slit, able to peek inside. He knew the outline of that storage room, knew that he'd see you fully, because there was a sort of seat that the janitor would sometimes use to take a nap on when he was slacking. Not comfortable by any means, but enough to provide the space you needed for this. The sight, as he had expected, was just that. A dimly lit storage room that reeked of cleaning supplies, and that seat with you on it, your head thrown back and your shoulder moving at a pace that told 001 all he needed to know.
At first he leaned away, closing his eyes, almost frightened by what he had seen. Was he shy? No... certainly not. Was he prudish? That wasn't it either. What 001 was, was aroused. His eyes opened, and he glanced down at his own trousers; the neat white pants held up with his black belt were no longer neat and straight, but painfully caging his forming erection. His arousal was undeniable; how could he not be when he saw you touching yourself? And yet, he only saw the hints of it; he saw no skin... But he didn't need to. The sight of your head back with your hand clearly between your legs. He saw your shoulder roll with rhythmic movements, which gave his imagination the fuel it needed.
001 bit back on the grunt that almost escaped him as he returned to his peeping spot. The image had remained unchanged, perhaps with the small difference that now your jaw seemed tight, and you appeared a bit more tense, perhaps close? 001's right hand slid down to his trousers, instinctively cupping his bulge, pressing his palm on it. He didn't know if he should give in, so he didn't do anything but hold his hand almost as if to cover his own shameful erection.
"Fuck"
Your cussing made 001's cock twitch inside his trousers, and he pressed forth, moving his hips forward into his hand, grounding himself in it. The friction made his eyes fall shut for a second, trying to control his own need to moan, to keep his cover from being blown. His lips parted, and he let out the quietest sigh, eyes returning to you. Your facial expressions as you gave yourself pleasure led to 001's hand to fumble with the button of his trousers, and to clumsily take himself out of them, hand wrapped around his size. It wasn't comfortable, but he was desperate. The slight gap in the trousers provided by the zipper that had been shoved down all the way was hardly desirable, the fabric getting in the way nonetheless. His boxers too... He had to awkwardly take himself out by pushing them aside, but the elastic material was trying to get to its initial shape and kept rubbing uncomfortably against his base.
But his mind was not on any of these things.
All he could think of was the sight of you, pleasuring yourself without knowing you were watched. 001 wondered, as his hand worked roughly, who was the lucky object of your affection. Who were you imagining for the entire day that you had been so eager to come here, to the point you misbehaved in front of the other orderlies? His fingers gripped tightly around his size, the motion rough, needy. He knew he would last for as long as you did, which, by the state he saw you in, wasn't going to be long.
001 relished the sight of your lips scrunching in pleasure, your eyes squeezed shut, your slight writhing in that seat, and his favourite, the occasional whimpers. He wanted to hear you moan a name, any name. 001 ached to know who was the lucky one, almost harbouring a hope it was going to be him. He yearned for it certainly, but he didn't allow himself to dream too much; now, with you here, there was a chance... meek, but there.
His dick twitched, his hand working faster, his eyes glancing down for a moment at himself, nearly cussing under his breath, seeing his tip leaking with precum on his hand and on the floor. His eyes returned to you, biting the inside of his cheek as he saw you arch, his hand quickening its pace once again.
You were close, so close. He could see it, feel it, smell it. It was inundating his senses, and he felt as if he would burst in any second.
Your arches were so inviting, so raw; your moans alike less timid, more into the moment. 001 felt he would cum any second now, stroking himself without even registering the motion as being that of his own hand.
"Peter..."
Peter?
001 gasped audibly.
Not that name... How he wished he had heard Henry and yet, it was also one of his names. No other Peter orderly but him; that name haunted him, and yet, that meant it was him. You wanted him? Surely no other Peter was waiting outside for you, right? Right? He was the Peter you wanted. Wasn't he?
He felt a hot wave shoot through him. His whole body tensed and then jolted from the bliss of his orgasm, fucking into his hand as he rode the surges of it. Another warm sensation, this time in his hand as his cum pooled against the pale skin of his hand. Most of it made it into his cupped hand, but some had already seeped past his fingers, onto the floor and his trousers, dripping further down.
"Shit."
"Who's there-"
001 backed away from the door, catching one last glimpse of you as you shot up and disappeared from sight, probably to get yourself dressed and look decent. He looked at his hand, grunting. He didn't want to ruin his pants, but he had no choice, as he wiped his hand on them and callously tucked his softening size back in his boxers and trousers, almost running off as he zipped them up, trying to disappear from sight. And for the most part he did, disappearing around the corner just as you pushed open the door of the janitor's storage room.
When you glanced outside, you didn't get to see anything, but heard the steps, the frightened, quick steps of someone who was getting away. 001 hid himself in one of the orderly rooms by himself, panting. He knew you must be aware someone had watched you; he only hoped that you were too intoxicated with pleasure in the aftermath of your climax to figure out that it had been his voice.
β°ββ€ β Once my sister Rhae put a love potion in my drink, so Iβd marry her instead of my sister Daella. β
The eldest daughter of Prince Maekar and Dyanna Dayne, Daella Targaryen was likely born at her father's original holding of Summerhall in 199 AC. Her mother died soon after the birth of two younger siblings, Aegon and Rhae. During their early childhood, Rhae gave Aegon a love potion, hoping they would wed instead of he and Daella; suggesting that they may have been betrothed, or at least the match was openly considered.
While it is said that she married and had children, as is mentioned by Maester Aemon on his deathbed, it is unknown who she wed. Considering the time frame and how many of her generation of Targaryens wed into the Stormlands, it has been theorised that she was the unnamed Targaryen who married into House Tarth, making Brienne of Tarth her direct descendant.
This, compounded with George RR Martin's statement that Brienne is descended from Ser Dunk the Tall, has led some to believe that when Daella wed Lord Tarth she may have been pregnant with Dunk's child. However, this is only speculation. Nevertheless, had her possible betrothal with Aegon gone through she would have been Queen upon his selection by the council.
But they overwhelmed the riders of the people of FΓ«anor upon Lothlann, for Glaurung came thither, and passed through Maglorβs Gap, and destroyed all the land between the arms of Gelion.
