"the core of aspd is the lack of empathy" no, the core of antisocial personality disorder is antisocial behavior and/or thought pattern, it's seeing everything under lens of power and control, it's struggling to form relationships because you're so focused on prevaricating others and asserting your dominance, even if in a subtle way

lacking empathy isn't a requirement of aspd, although it's common, and it definitely isn't the main part of it, i'm tired of neurotypicals explaining well and deeply every disorder and then belittle aspd to "yea it's when you have no emotions and hurt people for fun"
