Firstly and very importantly,

If you are struggling with forgiveness- read the parable in Matthew 18:21-end.

Now, walk with me as I enlighten you on a few reasons you have to forgive people:

1. Everyone is a work in progress- the nature of man is naturally evil and even after a man has received the life of Christ, there is a long process of transformation. So, yes- that person is still on the journey of becoming like Christ❕and still has a lot of flaws

2. You have offended/been evil to someone in your life (this might have been deliberate or not) and at most- God forgave you🌚and you are probably a better person now.

3. God is a merciful and compassionate God❕

Slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. Fortunately, God has forgiven the person, and the person has the hope of eternal life as long as he/she has received Christ as their Lord and Saviour🤗

4. As a believer who loves Christ, everything works out for your good; therefore, rejoice cause even the unfavorable and wicked acts come together for your betterment🤗

5. There's nothing deserving of punishment that a person could possibly have done that is as grievous as our sinful nature to God and men (of which even deserves eternal death). Yet, God has forgiven us our past sins, present sins, and future sins, and has given us His righteous life keeping us rest assured with the hope of eternal life if you believe🤗

There has been a pandemic of lukewarmness among believers

Believers who want to try all that the world offers and still be tagged Christians, forgetting that with Christ, it is all of none.

Jesus says If anyone will follow me, let Him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me

He also says anyone who starts to plow and looks back is not worthy of me

Guys, He also says that He will throw up lukewarmness out of His mouth

You've waivered between these 2 worlds for too long

It's high time you fully surrender to Him

Come to Jesus, it requires complete surrender or nothing❕

Is it boring? No, it's full of joy, peace and satisfaction

There's nothing better ❕

Nothing❕

Enough of every deceit and lukewarmness

Come to Him, He can make you, and He can help you serve Him diligently🤍

Though your sins are as scarlet, He will make you white as snow🤍
