Hello Lupin The Third Tumblr. Today I Offer You: Mermaid Goemon AU. Tomorrow? Who Knows.... (lore under the cut) (also im trying to get used to drawing the gang, im sorry if things look wonky! jigen is the only one i really have down since im down bad LOL...)

jigen and lupin are somehow working on a boat (doing illegal fishing i think?) against their will, when the ship captures a creature (goemon, but he's a mermaid), jigen falls hard and doesn't know how to cope. he has a heart to heart with goemon and learns he was escaping an arranged marriage (mermiage, if you will). jigen and lupin help goemon escape and get "thrown" "off" the boat for "treachery".

there are still things i need to work out so its a little rough around the edges still (does zenigata captain the ship or is it an original character? is the bride fujiko or is she just elsewhere and finds them later. i dont know. im just here for lupgang and semi-retro maritime vibes, baby.)

also goemon is supposed to be a beta fish because i just thought it was fitting. ok bye.
