7 out 7 looks and 12 hours later... It's been a full month since my "life changing accident" and I've been blessed with endless support from family and friends. Thank you all for the prayers and get well wishes. Got the help I needed and realized what needed to change with a positive mindset. Thankful for life. Last weekend put the cherry on top of my mentally exhausting year. Going home from a tiring rehearsal, only two minutes away from home I fell asleep behind the wheel, woke up crashing and totaled both my car and the car I hit. Physically I suffered some injuries, but I'll be okay. It's the thought of my life ending is what got to me. Did I see the light? No. I saw pitch darkness. So in that moment I was thankful for life. Something I've took for granted because of all I've fought through in just this year alone. Lost close things, important people, got heartbroken and forgotten who I was. Maybe it's karma? Even if it was or is I take full responsibility. But God gave me another challenge I could handle. It's time to start living again, love myself, and just be happy. Thank you to all the friends and family who've prayed for me and offered their helping hand. Everyone has given me strength to never give up.
