The true DCMK rarepair: Shinichi × Akako
They meet aand fall in love before Tropical Land, then Shinichi actually dies to the APTX 4869, he stays around as a ghost and Akako becomes a teen medium/detective who can talk to dead victims in order to solve crimes (It's just Shinichi solving the crimes and she just says that it was the victims who gave her the info). Only Agasa, Shinichi's parents, and Ai find out about Shinichi being dead. And Akako wants the apotoxin since she can use magic rituals to revive Shinichi if she has that which killed him, but until then she uses a voice changer to pretend to be him through voice calls.
