Five tips for 500!

1. A good manager/coach/whatever can make OR break you in a lot of ways! Never settle for a bad coach!!! Also, a coach can be anyone, not just ex 500 ball players-- my current coach used to do like, sciencey plant stuff, and also maintenance!!! He's great and I love him 🥺 (hi Izzy if you read thissss)

2. Get a big car-- a truck preferably! Maybe get reinforcements (subtle ones mad max ISNT the look) on it Incase someone tries to ram you off course from the ball-- learnt this the hard way in a Kia Barbie 😭 so like no clown cars I guess!

3. Keep gloves on you. This one is like self explanatory.

4. Always try to get the suites WITHOUT simulated bed bugs cuz they're like super uncomfortable!!! And also your manager will make you sleep in the tub so you don't get any :/ (the bed looked so cozy!!!)

5. GET SELF CARE DAYS OMG I used to have like... A kinda... Mean, coach who would like NEVER let me do anything but 500, and I started to hate it!! But now I take Saturdays and Tuesdays off for hobbies! It keeps you from burning out and it keeps you from feeling like a 500 machine instead of a person..

ALSO DRINK WATER!!!!! my coach always sighs all sad n stuff when I don't 😭😭😭
