Today was absolutely the worst
First off I woke up in pain! Not just emotional today, oh nooo, real physical pain!!! Stomach was grumbling, but I can deal with that. It's the neck hurting from days ago of me leaving the chiropractors office That's killing me. Apparently we have a C shaped curve to our necks and mines is almost as straight as an L. Then he ahows me the X-rays and says the lowest vertebrae of my neck is almost rubbing with the one below it because the disc that sits between is losing its juice(I'm paraphrasing I don't remember the proper terminology) lower bacl is hurting as well because ont one, but two of my lower vertebrae are pushed too far back and the same thing is starting to happen to that disc.
Yet, I had hope. My mother called and asked me if I wanted some food from a place she was going to. I said sure. Then says she's sending it with my niece who doesn't speak to me for God knows what! Now I'm sitting here thinking 20 mins to a hour maybe. Naaahhhh a whole 14 hours later she comes back after I already cooked my own shity meal of rice and chili. And doesn't even knock but puts it on my door handle as if I can't hear it. Then texts me 5 minutes later because she lives downstairs in the building I helped her get into.
But honestly I can't even say it was a bad day... Through the pain and anger I still have somewhere to sleep and eat and shower. I have my health and I'm alive. God blessed me and I'm thankful. Not always grateful for my gifts and that's something I need to work on. But I'm only human!
