She’s Called the Teasing Master for a Reason
in celebration of season 2 coming out today

“So it’s like that huh?” Takagi smirked.
Nishikata groaned internally at how the situation was unfolding. What happened to his master plan? His genius plan that was practically guaranteed success? His 99% fool proof plan?
The 1% which was Takagi of course.
He just couldn’t understand how she managed to read through him. Every. Single. Time.
Was she a mind reader?!
“Just so you know, I really can’t read minds.”
There she went again! Completely reading him like an open book!
“W-What do you mean?”
“Hm? Nothing, you just had a look on your face.”
A look? But his poker face was supposed to be impenetrable.
Caught up in his own internal groaning, he failed to notice the mischievous look that crossed his companion’s face. With an ever growing smile, she wanted to push the boy’s buttons just a little further.
She took a step closer to him, hands behind her back and a grin bordering on a smirk coloring her face.
“So, Nishikata, what really is it that you wanted to do?”
His face lighted, a nervous sweat evident on his skin.
“I told you! I just wanted to...y’know...”
“Oh? Are you perhaps,” another step towards him, “lying to me Nishikata?”
His eyes darted to the side, unwilling to look directly at her. His blush seemed to reach its full potential, and his mouth was forming words but no sound came out.
“I think you’re lying.”
She watched him mentally debate in his head and internally chuckled. He was so obvious and so painfully easy to understand. Despite his transparent natuee, she wanted to be the only person who could read him like this.
“Well you see...the newest volume of 100% Unrequited Love came out and...”
“You should have just told me that from the beginning.” She said it with no malice, fully knowing that his own embarrassment prevented him from telling anyone.
“Hmmmm....I wonder what your punishment should be...”
“Punishment?!”
“After all, you did lie to me.”
She watched him sink and relished in the fact that he seemed remorseful. Now what would be a win win situation for the both of them...
“Ah. I got it.”
She gracefully plucked the manga from his hands and brought it to her face, smiling.
“You have to recreate one of the scenes from 100% Unrequited Love with me!”
“What?! No way! They get really close to each other and that’d be-“
She took a step closer to him, catching him off guard.
“Really what?”
He flustered.
“I-I’m not doing it!”
“Alright. But your real punishment is you have to lend me this manga tonight.”
“Wait, but I just got this today...”
“Nope, confiscated. That’s your punishment.”
She started to walk away, leading him away from the store. Before they got far, she turned to face him.
“But if you really want to read it tonight, you could always just do the first one.”
His face colored to the red that she had grown familiar with, and she let an audible chuckle.
“As if I could do that!”
