I'm 26 and 330 pounds, formerly into the fat acceptance bullshit. I've destroyed my body, I feel horrible, and I don't even know where to start to get healthy. :( Any advice?
Use My Fitness Pal, track the number of calories that you are eating. The only way to lose weight is to eat less but do so safely. You need to eat fewer calories than your body is used to eating. Then after you are getting into the habit of eating healthier by eating at a calorie deficiency, start off by doing some light exercises, then increase as you feel needed. You won’t lose weight quickly, bu this is the best way to do it for long term success.
