A big THANK YOU to our Goodbye Baju Heroes! :)
We work together towards creating a better healing environment for our patients! :)
Say Goodbye to Hospital Baju!
Welcome to Goodbye Hospital Baju’s Team Blog!
After  approximately 1.5 years of planning, focus group(s), engagement, and publicity, Goodbye Hospital Baju Team thought about how they might be able to move the project to the next level.
Specifically, our team sought to fulfil a 2-pronged MISSION:
Enhancing internal staff (e.g. therapists, nurses, and other multi-disciplinary team members) advocacy for the project through shared vision and collaborative culture
Being customer-centric by understanding latent/expressed needs, motivations, and desires of inpatient clients in a sub-acute rehabilitation centre
As a kick-off for this re-ignited endeavour, our team has started off with a focus on INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT. Through a series of workshops utilizing design tools such as stakeholder mapping, bodystorming, and contextual inquiries, we hope to better understand the motivations, needs, and problems faced by nurses in advocacy. By further investigating the natural communication systems and infrastructures in place that allows for more effective and collaborative team-work and sharing within the nursing profession, we hope to enhance our follow-up support so as to sustain the lifecycle and success of implementation of this centre-wide initiative.
Join us in our journey of discovery, learnings, reflections, and transformation as we work together to create a better healing environment for our rehab clients!
Our Team Vision: Our Rehabilitation Team advocates effectively and consistently the beneficial choice of clients wearing home clothes to promote self-management and a sense of well-being.
