I think one of the worst feelings is finding out about a really cool monster from a horror movie and watching videos about it only to become paralyzed with fear because your brain is telling you it could be real and it could be after you. Like your just sitting ing your room watching tiktok and see a cool monster but then as you scroll a little voice in your head start trying to get you to think that the monster is real and now your to scared to move or sleep, fearing that if you do the monster will come for you
