so i uploaded the prologue to my first bit of fanfiction! it’s an idea my friend and i came up with and i really wanted to delve deep into the world we created. it’s planned to stick mostly to canon, but of course will eventually take a turn. i would love for people to check it out and let me know what they think.

Architecture Students Reimagine Harry Potter 

Students of a 12 day course at the Melbourne School of Design were not sorted into houses, but they were assigned Gringotts Bank, Grimmauld Place, the Shrieking Shack and other fan favorites in the Harry Potter universe. their Harry Potter architecture models were laser cut from cardboard (ten house points), hand-modeled (forty house points), constructed in very little time (fifty points), and remind us of the truest magic of all (teamwork).

Students at the Melbourne School of Design had very few spells to work with in order to cast these gorgeously film-accurate 3D models. Students were given 1.0 mm and 0.6 mm boxboard to create their models from. They used trace paper — for windows and diffused lights — and LED lights and motors connected to Arduinos.

Ron just got his howler from his mom yelling at him for stealing the car. He seems super embarrassed and most of the Great Hall is laughing. But here’s the thing:

Hi tumblr and welcome to my new and freshly moved blog! Thanks if you decide to join me here as well.

So after a lot of thought I decided to post this - I’m making comic based on a Drarry fic. (ohgodohgod) Fic by digthewriter.

I wasn’t sure if I should do this as you see I’m brilliant at not finishing projects and I didn’t want to show a half finished project to the interwebz. But I guess now I have to, right? Haha! Hah, hahaha…. ha…

I’ve been struggling a lot with my art skills. For over two years now, whenever I was drawing something, practicing over and over again, I felt it’s just not great, I dont like it and I didn’t know why. It was pretty depressing considering drawing WAS basically my life and I grew up using my drawing skills to socialise and to take pride in. I associated myself with my art and having that rotting away in front of my eyes was not a happy place.

But I decided to force myself a little after waiting for such a long time. I always had this vague dream of having my own comic made someday. I’m still unsure if that day will ever come, but I wanted to at least prepare for it a little? I wanted to finally do something, like a project that will boost my confidence at drawing a little again. Something that reminds me the of the joy of it. Something to FINISH.So here it is. It’s not great, it’s not bad but this is where I am at the moment and I will work on it to get better. But I need to be a functioning adult and actually finish a project no matter what. Self discipline eh?

Plan is that I post a new page each week.

Everyone writes Draco in fics as really confident and Harry as super awkward which while great, I have to say one thing. Imagine Harry being the confident one and super flirty with boys and girls because fuck it he died he really doesn’t have anything to lose and Draco is dying because he wasn’t raised to handle this
