Supernatural AU with my gang superbloodycoltlandgentry where my boys start hunting court still killed daddy dearest and they are helping him be on the run after he comes back running away from the gov/monsters trying to slime him out and yanking Colt and Ryland from their normal lives and apologizing for it while also pulling Claire into this bc he’s trying to keep her alive too

Kara and Simon can be hunters they meet on the way (Simon could also be Grace’s Cas in a way even though Grace is more like Sam) and they join them much like others in the actual show. Other side characters from the movies can be other hunters or monsters I think it would also be really funny to see the three brothers interact and how they would be in Sam and Dean’s place’s.

Yesss!!! I know he’s actually a main character and gets some of the worst stuff along with the other main character who plays his brother! I’ve been through the whole show and I’m a proud survivor (which is why I mentioned it in my post abt ppl hating Supergirl) it’s probably one of the most aggressive obsessions I’ve had (along with batfam and Jason Todd in specific) and one of the shows to bring me the most pain

'So how did this whole zombie apocalypse start?', you may be wondering.

Well, it started with a dying woman named Irina Petrova.

She wasn't always dying, but after her health took a downward turn and her family began noticing odd, volatile outbursts from her, she went to see her doctor.

When they gave her an MRI, they discovered that her brain was full of microscopic parasites that they named myalóphage; "mind eater".

Multiple experimental treatments were tried, but nothing could stop the parasites from their rampage through Irina's brain.

Her previous volatile outbursts eventually turned violent, resulting in the death of her mother, after which she was hospitalized and put in a high-security ward, for both her safety and others'.

However, she would not stay for long.

One night, she would break free from her restraints with almost superhuman strength and attack the guard outside her room, biting him in the neck before escaping out of one of the ambulance bays into the night. But not before biting a nurse in the hallway and two paramedics in the ambulance bay.

She has not been seen since, but in the days that followed, fifteen people in the greater San Francisco area turned up at different hospitals, all claiming to have been bitten by "a deranged woman in a hospital gown".

By the end of the first week since her escape, a quarantine had been set up around each hospital with a bite-victim. This was because the security guard, nurse, and paramedics bitten during Irina's escape had become exceedingly violent. Scans of their brains showed myalóphage.

However, even the military failed to contain the spread, and by the end of the second week, it had become a full-scale outbreak, spreading from San Francisco to nearby cities, and eventually leaving the confines of California and spreading to neighboring states as the virus adapted and evolved to mature faster within it's host.

The infection has come to be known as "The Petrova Virus".

Kara is an engineer asked to help them with the inner workings of the Hail Mary and is pretty close with the crew of the Hail Mary, Simon is a pilot helping teach Yao the way the ship works, Ryland stays as he is Sam as Dubois. Yada yada EXPLOSION!! 💥💥💥

Kara and Simon were in the building when it happened, Ilyukhina and Yao also died in said explosion, Kara drags Simon out and he’s missing an arm (missing an arm is so important for him so expect it in everything I do) so while they are recovering from the explosion, they are chosen to be the replacements along w/ Grace and are all sent to space with no memories of being forced into the mission. Or maybe they do have memories and it’s just Ryland who doesn’t, WHO KNOWS!!!

Rocky still finds them in space only now there’s three leaky space blobs instead of one, chaos ensues bc Ilyukhina’s vodka was still put on the ship (they know Kara wanted it)

They send Simon with his ex cult history bracelet as he’s literally falling apart at the seems and Ryland drugged up and amnesiac finds everyone’s things and throws it to them when they all wake up in an effort to regain memories

Ryland works in a rehab center and Kara and Simon are there for rehab (Kara with alcohol Simon maybe with drugs? Not too sure on him tbh)

Okay, but also, I don't think Court would be dumb enough to get caught and then put in front of a judge who would mandate a stint in a psych ward.

You know who would end up in a psych ward though?

Colt.

He gets put in there by Grace because he starts getting heavily depressed after his back injury and running away from Jody, and he starts neglecting his health, so Grace forces him to go to the mental hospital, where he meets Kara and Simon.

Kara's there for her major depression and PTSD from watching her family die, and also is using the psych ward as a kind of rehab for her alcoholism.

Simon is there because after running away from his cult, he developed "schizophrenia" and was deemed an unstable hazard to society. I put air quotes there because he is actually hearing Ellie's voice in his head, because even in a modern AU, the Ignorant God still has a raging hard on for him and wants to inflict as much torment as possible. Hence, putting Ellie in Simon's head as a sort of fucked up Live Studio Audience that runs commentary on his every action.

But y'know, everyone just thinks he's plain ole' crazy so... *Jazz hands* Psych ward!

Kara befriended Simon when she first got there, and then met Colt and dragged him into the friendship.

Grace and Court visit every now and then, and Colt introduced them to his new friends.

The voices in Simon's head immediately started barking when they saw Grace ofc. They were like, "HE-LLO, SAILOR!!!" "Simon, don't fucking fumble this, lock tf in."

Spoiler alert, he fumbles it, but Grace thinks he's cute, so it's a win.
