how do you do the square watermarble type effect for your backgrounds! its really cool!

i make a bunch of squiggly shapes and colors (usually just the color layer of the drawing i made) and push it around with the liquify tool until it has a fun shape. then i go to this filter with these settings

and it cuts it up into the square grid ^_^
