So, who’s that guy?

Pic 1- the guy is handing F’s candy bag to B. Pic 2- the guy is just standing there, besides B and F. Pic 3- F is walking towards him to hold his hand, which the guy is already offering (also, in the video it sounds like a kid is calling their mom, but I’m not sure is F). Pic 4- A’s was holding F’s hand, but the kid let it go and starts running towards that guy again (also B is like “not my kid, not my problem”,lol)
