Toya: After a long time, I ate this thing called a gummy. It was sour.

Jun: Gummies are awesome (^o^)／

Toya: Although I ate a grape flavoured one, it was sour. Why is the grape flavour sour?

Jun: That's the fashion style of the flavour. It's like Toya is a guitarist but you don't just have your guitar, you wear your stage outfits as well right? It's the same like that.

Toya: Huh, I actually wore clothes?

Great news! Jun will be starting a radio programme! The first session will be tomorrow at 11pm JPT, with Jui as guest :)

Blog - Jui (31st March 2014)

I should properly explain to everyone again about the issue on Shingo's withdrawal from the band. As with what I was told from messages (from fans) etc, it seems like Shingo's future activities have been announced.

The reasons for leaving that were told to us were: bad health conditions and wanting to return back to his hometown due to family issues but... 

I thought that Shingo would stop playing the bass on stage altogether, so continuing to play the bass in another way like this is simply a joyous thing, I think. 

And if he is persistent (to stick to it) on wanting to do what he wants to do to this extent, then I want him to stick through it seriously till the end. The routes have changed, but I want him to keep at it with utmost effort. 

As for me, I'll concentrate on GOTCHAROCKA with all my might.

So it was Shingo's last day with GOTCHAROCKA yesterday... And... Apparently he's in a new band. To be very honest I don't know how to feel about it... But I guess we can only support his decision. Note: this announcement did not come from Shingo himself. It was announced by his new band member.

Shingo leaving GOTCHAROCKA

Bad news.

It has been announced that Shingo will be leaving GOTCHAROCKA. Due to differences in direction, family matters and health condition, he feels that he can no longer continue band activities with GR. As such, his last live with the band will be on 30th March 2014. 

Jui, Jun and Toya will continue band activities as a 3 member band from April.

The 2 month consecutive singles that were supposed to be released in May and June will be pushed to June and July instead.

Shingo down with influenza

Late translation.. But Shingo is down with influenza… So he hasn’t been appearing at lives / instore events recently.

Jui is also sick… But he says it’s not influenza. Phew!
