Decided to make a masterpost of English TLK voice actors* who can sing/carry a tune but never sang as their characters in canon:
*Some characters had speaking voices and singing voices in each of the same respective productions. This is about their main speaking voice actors.

UPDATE 10/27/25: On the 27th Anniversary of TLK 2, it was confirmed through production notes of the film that Meredith Scott Lynn did indeed voice Adult Vitani; Three more videos of Meredith Scott Lynn singing have been found.

Your cat can talk. She doesn't talk to you, but you've heard her and your sister late at night, discussing missions and enemies. You once thought you wanted a pet like her. You don't now. Sometimes you wish your cat would leave so your sister could rest. You know that can't happen.
Your city is always under attack. Single people falling ill, entire streets passing out, monsters threaten everyone, day or night. You can not do anything. Your sister and her friends can. Only they can. If they didn't, but they have to.
Your are a normal kid. You wish you weren't so you could help. You're grateful you are so you can't.
