I’ve wanted to do a human version of Tamatoa ever since I saw Moana. Not an original idea in any way. You can find a lot of versions on Google but what finally pushed me over the edge to start this piece was Jonathan Young’s Metal rendition of Shiny and I just knew I had to draw Tamatoa inspired by Mr Young! there’s a puddle of water near the sink but idk where the water is coming from cause it doesnt seem like the sink itself or anything is leaking???? and of course its like 11 at night when my mom is asleep and i can’t wake her up because she’s been sick and what are we supposed to do this late anyway!!

i guess i’ll try to wake up early enough to let her know what’s going on and hope maybe my uncle can come over and take a look
