It was still just like a dream to her… A dream she feared to wake up from. Weeks may have passed but since her years in the realm of darkness her sense of time had been very confusing. She sometimes slept only a few minutes, then she was awake for two days, only to fall asleep again for a day. Her body… Or her mind… Had to adjust itself to this normality again and she was actually quite grateful to be left alone during this times mostly… It was one thing to be lonely and another to be alone while knowing that in your vicinity are friendly souls to help you.
She did know of the existence of this one called Lea, but she had not met him yet. She only had met Yen Sid and Mickey again and her only new acquaintance had been Riku which she grew to be relatively fond off. She knew that Sora was on travels and that a girl named Kairi was training alongside another keyblade wielder, supposedly called Lea.
But now… Something… or someone was disrupting her slumber and before she knew it, she was already awake facing a young man with long red hair and green eyes. She screamed. Yes, she screamed. It was untypical for her, but to be fair… It was also very untypical for her to be woken up in such a way. Not everyone could handle that.
So… After she had finished with her surprised outcry she looked at the man in shock and bewilderment.
“W-Who are you?!” She asked him while raising her blankets a bit higher.
Lea jumps back from the scream with an altogether undignified, “Ahh!” of his own. Smooth move. He was so much cooler when he didn’t have a heart. In his defense, Aqua had looked so calm and peaceful only moments before. And he had heard stories about her, how put-together and smart and competent she was with magic. (How else would she have survived so long?) Seeing her YELL even if she had a perfectly good reason to do so, that reason being Lea being-- uh... well, let’s just say not put-together, smart, OR competent--knocked Lea off-guard.
His long spikes of hair seem to stand even further on end, spiking upwards as if he’s a startled cat with raised hair. But he quickly calms himself down, smoothing a hand through his hair and itching the back of his neck before he lets out a small chuckle, and places a finger to his lips with a smirk.
“Careful, Master,” he says, trying to be suave and cool, giving her a little tilt of his head, and a sly, over-practiced wink. “We don’t want to wake anybody up, right? I just wanted to... introduce myself. I’m Lea. Master-in-training. Got it memorized?”
