Ballads - Mason(One-Shot)
(F/I)- favorite instrument/the instrument you play
(Y/N) sat in a chair, playing (F/I) while humming some tunes that were in her head at the moment. She thought about the notes she needed to play, but always just ended up fiddling around with everything. Letting out a huff, she threw her head back while leaning on the chair she was sitting on.
"For fucks-sakes." the girl muttered under her breath. It was so frustrating for her, being so used to playing some games and deciding to learn something new. Things like that can be very frustrating and even get her very unmotivated to play sometimes but in the end, she knows that it will all be worth it. (Y/N) started to practice once more. Hums turned into whistles. Whistles turned silent singing. Silent singing turned into passionate singing.
Mason walked in on it and just as she noticed him looking at her, (Y/N) missed a note. Frustration was shown on her face as she lowered her (F/I).
"Hey, don't get frustrated babe. You're doing amazing." Mason said, sitting down next to her. He placed a kiss on her head, giving her a loving smile for motivation. (Y/N) took a breath before looking down at her (F/I) and beginning to play.
"If I could..." her soft voice sang, while her eyes were focused on the (F/I), "begin to be... Half of what you think of me." Slowly, her voice became more fluid and passionate. "I would do just about anything..." Her eyes slowly lifted as she sang the next part up to Mason. "I would even learn how to love... like you." If you were to look at the two at this very moment, you could feel the love in the air. (Y/N)'s eyes looked at Mason with love and passion as she continued to sing the song. Her eyes barely broke the gaze at him. Mason looked at her in the same way, with love that could be not only felt but seen on his face.
The only moment (Y/N) looked away from Mason, she closed her eyes and sang with the most passion in the entire song. "I always thought, I might be bad. Now I'm sure that it's true! Cause I think you're so good, and I'm nothing like you. Look at you go! I just adore you. I just wished that I knew..." her eye open once more and looked at Mason with a smile again. "What makes... you think I'm so special." Without a second missed, the girl continued to sing as she did before as Mason sat there in awe. His face had blushed a light pink colour. Once her song was done, and her hands continued to play a melody until it's end.
Once she reached that moment, her hands quickly drew themselves back to her body in embarrassment. (Y/N) giggled nervously, her cheeks blushed a bright red. "D-did you like it?"
Mason laughed slightly, giving her a tight side hug. "Babe, it was amazing." The two kissed quickly before (Y/N) decided to just put her (F/I) down and cuddle into him. Mason welcomed this gladly. The two of them cuddle till (Y/N) falls asleep on Mason.
