Just because you are capable of tolerating when someone treats you poorly doesn’t mean you should have to put up with it.

LESSONS LEARNED LEARNING MEDICINE-164
1-Excellence shines a bright light on inadequacy and incompetence.
2-Your bloodline exists today because many of your ancestors refused to quit and had the resilience to survive another day.
3-Trust consistency from others much more than empty promises.
4. Learn to trust quiet presence much more than loud charm.
5. Many prefer being performative rather than authentic.
6. Some you meet in life will be your mirror in that they will bring out the worst and weakest part of who you are, thank them.
7-Protect your peace because so many want to add chaos to your life.
8- It's important to understand what you can control and what you cannot control.
9-Observe chaos but never internalize.
10. Understand that people speak from past emotional traumas, pains, and ignorance; it's their problem, not yours, and they are revealing who they really are inside.
