im torn cuz I love how jerbeth acted like dumb teenagers in this ep, consider that they enter parenthood at very young age so i can empathize with them yearning to have fun, just a little fun, to be reckless, to be 'kids' again.

But also their lack of getting criticzed for their neglecting on summer and morty is a bummer. they only get called out like once in this ep and it was when they were high so they might not even remember it properly. at least they sorta realized they fucked up and freaked out when they are too high to go the kids properly (but even when their high they subconsciously know they need to make rick take care of it)

This episode was so fun, everyone just high! I literally found Beth and Jerry so adorable this time!! Beth continuously touching around and fidgeting with her hair for the -feeeling experience- was soo cute (also Jerry, but I enjoyed Beth so much this ep hihi)

Aside from that I'm SO GLAD we had more Summer. If the price is to have less Rick for Summer to shine more, I am so willing to pay it (and I adore Rick, so that says a lot)- the scene where the two spoiled children go to the camp and just party was, again, an amazing animation moment! They are killing it in the studios!! Please never stop!! You are feeding us SO WELL. Thank you RnM Animators!! wowowowo :--)

My focus was less on Rick but I got a bit sad when he went into the lake and nobody went rescuing him- I geeet it, he is able to save himself and the whole family knows it, but idk- it feels like it's sort of a metaphor for his situation! Like, he is drowning somehow and the family does not see the need to help really, as he can do anything he wants!

Also, curious about all the tech Rick has put into Sumsum and lil Morty- I feel like this is a Ted situation, everyone gets used to just ask him stuff and not really giving something in return?

Can't believe that next week is the last week of new eps!!! NoOoOoOOOoo I got so used to peak stuff, now what will I watch........... awe
