Most of my injuries have healed by this point, although I do think I still have a bruised rib. I’m fine, but bored.

Starting from a young age and living a rather sheltered life, Grace has been brought up with these expectations of life, people, and relationships especially seeing her grandparents oddly cute relationship.
ii. WINE RED - The Hush Sound
”The sea’s wine red This is the death of beauty The doves have died The lover’s have lied”
One of the mun’s all time favorite songs, “Wine Red” could be applied to Grace and her being jumped. She lived a pristine life before it and now that she’s exaggerated the situation and blamed Steven (despite her actually believing it was him) everything has gone chaotic for her.
iii. BEAUTIFUL DISASTER - Jon McLaughlin
"She would change everything Everything, just ask her Caught in the in between A beautiful disaster”
It’s not secret that Grace’s biggest flaw is her lack of backbone. She’ll totally ignore her own opinion for fear that it may somehow insult you and this song portrays that flaw.
iv. SAFE AND SOUND - Taylor Swift ft. The Civil Wars
"Don’t you dare look out the window Darling, everything’s on fire The war outside our door keeps raging on”
"Just close your eyes The sun is going down You’ll be alright No one can hurt you now Come morning light You and I’ll be safe and sound”
This song was created for the Hunger Games track, but the mun personally believes that it fits well for Grace due to two primary facts, the first being that she’s entirely against the gangs and would rather just stay inside and keeps her friends close, and the second being that she’s actually excels at comforting people.
v. BLAME IT ON THE GIRLS - MIKA
“Life could be so simple but you never fail to complicate it every time.”
Grace has a tendency to over complicate things due to her cautious and demure nature and this song exemplifies this, saying how people like Grace tend to simply make matters worse by over thinking it and trying to find a reason for why things happen.
vi. THAT GREEN GENTLEMAN - Panic! At the Discos
“And I say, ‘Things have changed for me, and that’s okay’. I wanna go where everyone goes, I wanna know what everyone knows, I wanna go where everyone feels the same.”
It has only been recently that Grace has began to venture out of her perfect little upper end neighborhood and speak to more of her neighbors and much has changed since then. Aside from the jumping incident which she’s trying to ignore because it’s caused so many problems, she’s actually enjoyed meeting new people and developing friendships.
vii. UPTOWN GIRL - Billy Joel
"She’s been living in her uptown world Bet she’s never had a backstreet guy Bet her mama never told her why”
Basically, this accurately describes the entire synopsis of Lady and the Tramp and fits perfectly with Grace’s situation with Travis, along with bringing to light the kind of life Grace has lived.
viii. HOUSE OF GOLD - Twenty One Pilots
"She ask me, ‘Son when I grow old Will you buy me a house of gold? And when your father turns to stone, Will you take care of me?”
Despite this song from a son to his mother, if Grace could, she’d dedicate this to her grandparents, especially her grandmother. She loves both of them to death and appreciates them to no end for taking care of her. Her grandmother has specifically been the most encouraging person in her life, training her to become a lady, teaching her all she knows, and pushing her to become the best person she could be.
ix. DO BETTER - Say Anything
"You could do better, You could do better, You could be the greatest man in the world”
"Do Better" is basically a message to Grace and a message from Grace. As cliche as it sounds, she firmly believes that every person she interacts with has the potential to do great things and will encourage them to do said great things. She seldom takes her own encouragements though, so this song could also be applied to her.

…It’s incredibly weird. And of course I’m strong but that doesn’t change the fact that its driving me mental that someone has been messing with my things.
I more meant that you are stronger than the socks and people messing with them. Do you have any ideas as to who is the culprit?

They’re inanimate objects…. [mutters to himself] Why are all the people here so ridiculous? [huffs] Mixing socks is never a good thing, it is a stress building, panic inducing nightmare!
B-But isn't the good thing about inanimate objects is that you can project your on thoughts on them and so if you ask they'll respond how you want? Of course, you don't have to do it and it may be kind of weird. [smiles nervously] You're a strong boy, Colin, I'm sure you'll be fine.
Well living like that gets you nowhere. Have a little backbone. Jesus.
Oh, um, okay. Well, I personally enjoy being in Matthew's company despite his quirky ways and I believe it to be rather unfortunate that he has annoyed you so and I'm sure you and him will find some way in order to make amends, for if a way of mending the currently undeveloped relationship is not found then it is probable that the relationship would not be beneficial for either party. We wouldn't want that because an enemy is far worse than a friend. If you have any anger towards him I suggest you not take it out on him physically or mentally but instead find an outlet such as reading, writing, or some physical activity where Matthew is not the ball. That is my opinion on the matter.

Socks don’t have feelings, Grace. I do, however. And they happen to be very strong about misplaced and unorganized things.
O-Oh, okay. It may be proper to ask them before simply assuming they don't have feelings, although it's okay if you don't. I do hate not having matching socks, although mixing them up can be lovely.
