干し柿を作る The other day, I made dried persimmons by many astringent persimmons. It's called Hoshigaki in japanese. Hoshigaki is a kind of dried fruit made by drying Japanese astringent persimmons. It is a bitter persimmon that has been peeled and hung out to dry.
