So...for Marcus Acacius we see him in white armor with griffins--which according to a quick google search can symbolically represent protection, guardianship, safety, and the balance and power of two opposing forces such as freedom and duty or good and evil (Marcus vs the emperors, perhaps?)
And then we also see him with the head of Medusa on his darker armor--which, with another quick google search, symbolically represents a goddess turned monster, power and protection, averting evil.
And Idk...I just think it's interesting, the change in symbols and color scheme, as Acacius goes from general to gladiator after 'perceived insubordination' (which I'm very interested in learning more about/seeing in the film!)
