Senior Cheshire Freemasons Chris Renshaw and Tim Cross recently visited a relatively new charity, Chance Changing Lives, based in Crewe. From the minute they walked through the door they both knew that the Province of Cheshire’s CFC Community Grant of £4500 was going to be gratefully applied in assisting the homeless and less fortunate people of the community. The Charity, set up in 2017, has a passion in promoting food and financial equality and driving down poverty in the community. #ThowbackThursday Looking back to a story shared on the member's page last month: Stockdales is a long-established charity in Sale, that provides a wide range of residential, community, and home care support services for people with learning and physical difficulties. They contacted the Area 3 Charity Steward, Trevor Smart, who discovered that Stockdales were in need of a donation to help complete the purchase of a specially-adapted wheelchair vehicle. After some talks with Senoir Cheshire Freemasons in the area, it was agreed that £5k would be donated.
