my breakfast on lose a stone diet day 2:
Food log
Breakfast:
mug spinach, baby tomatoes, 2 pieces roast beef. Coffee
Lunch:
Taste of home bar, tomato caprese
Dinner:
Purged 1 bowl stroganoff

my method š½
- I follow the A.I.T diet plan.
- In the mornings, I schedule what Iām going to eat.
- I do the 1,000 calorie burn daily.*
- I do not eat fast food.
- I only drink water
- Small sweet food daily or else I will binge.*
- I donāt fast.
- I donāt eat past seven.
- I suck on mints to curb my appetite.
*Doesnāt apply to days I am restricting (<500)

perfect to mix w/ apple cider vinegar. just add a few tablespoons. SO much better than just in water! add a few dashes of cinnamon or even vanilla extract if youād like :))

omg christmas in a cup! tastes exactly like sugar cookies and is so so yummy itās one of my favorites. add a splash of your favorite milk or creamer if youād like something a bit more filling but still low cal (french vanilla coffee cream makes it taste like a DESSERT)

tastes EXACTLY like lemon cake and curbs cravings for sweets so quick! again, add cream if youād like but i find itās still delicious without
all 0 cal & all SO yummy <3
Rules for the comming month
Food rules:
1. No dairy
2. No meat (except for dinner)
3. If you wake up after 10 am, no breakfast for you
4. Try to eat as little as possible, stay under 600 cal for breakfast + lunch
5. Drink at least 1 cup of water before a meal
6. Drink at least 1 cup of water during your meal
7. If youāre hungry, have some of your safe foods (listed below)
8. Always log your meals. (unless someone else cooked it for you and you donāt know whatās in it)
9. No food in your room. Eat all your meals in the kitchen/around others
10. If you feel like binging:
Ā Ā Ā Ā 1. Drink two cups of water
Ā Ā Ā Ā 2. Drink a cup of black coffee
Ā Ā Ā Ā 3. If you still feel like binging, eat an apple
Ā Ā Ā Ā 4. If youāre not painfully full already, have a sandwich; thereās no pleasing you
11. No snacks after 4 pm

Apple (80 cal) Banana (105 cal) Oatmeal (89 cal) Ā Ā 15 grams oats, 5 grams honey, 80 grams almond milk Pickle sandwich (170 cal) Ā Ā Two slices of bread, one pickle (50 grams) Black coffee (0 cal) Tea (0 cal) Ricecake with salt (38 cal)

Monday: Leg day Tuesday:Ā Arm/chest day Wednesday: Ab day Thursday: Rest day Friday:Ā Back day Saturday: Cardio day Sunday: Rest day
1. Get in 6000 steps every day, aim for 10000
2. Stretch when you wake up, and before you go to sleep
3. Walk to something if you can (instead of driving)
4. If itās far away, and youāre not in a rush, cycle
5. Get your steps in, even on a rest day, unless youāre injured.
6. If youāre going to the gym, start off with 30+ minutes of cardio.Ā Ā Ā I prefer cycling, running or rowing is fine, too
Other
1. You may only weigh yourself twice this month: the first and the last day. Look at how much youāve lost!
2. Look at yourself, youāre so pretty already! can you see the muscles underneath it all, your abs showing through? youāre almost there, dont give up!
3. If you mess up itās okay, just start over the next day.
4. If you keep this up for a month I promise you, you will see results!
5. If you are at a birthday party etc and you have to eat, just eat, youāre not fooling anyone
