okay so this is complicated, when i was younger i believed in it and i genuinely thought that it was bad luck to do anything good for yourself, look to good etc etc but as im growing older i think its less important to stop yourself from being your best self for fear of the evil eye, i believe more in people with terrible energy trying to ruin yours, which i guess is in a way the same thing. i think the best thing to do is not to buy those grossly overpriced bracelets off the internet and to just stick around people whose energy fuels you, and not people who seek to take from you.
