This mini sketch is dedicated to a very touching moment from Volkov’s book about Urfin Jues' second invasion of the Emerald City. After the capture of Scarecrow and Tinman, Urfin tried to persuade them to turn over to his side. The pleas did not help, and after that Scarecrow was taken to a damp prison, where he became soiled and very tired. After Urfin sent Tinman and Scarecrow to a separate prison in the barn. Scarecrow was very exhausted and Tinman took it to the handles and carried it all the way to the barn. I tried to translate this paragraph and insert it into the comic. (I cried at that moment)

Can you please explain(I'm just very interested), how did Lily born(did Tinman gave birth)?

to be HONEST, that one meme comic was fairly just a meme so neither actually gave birth. I like to think creatures like them in Oz reproduce asexually...I imagine they sprinkled some life powder on a seed, buried it and took care of it until it bloomed and eventually got Lily. OR in an alternate version they asked Glinda to help them make their dream come true. does that make sense?

+ some concept art for her. I was initially perplexed about what materials to use as reference for her but I liked the idea of her being a tree and so being able to grow like a real child could and not just come to life and stay like that forever
