The battle of Ataro (6572-6573) was the major turning point of the Angorran War. The Itonian forces successfully managed to repel the Oraki and Hok invaders. Spy balloons reported similar accounts of the enemy armies retreating in chaos and disarray. While the Hoks fell back strategically, more or less, The Orakis retreated in long columns stretching hundreds of miles making it easy to bomb them, like fish in a barrell. Although, neither the Hoks or Oraks were pushed back to their capitals, neither could recover from the shameful defeat and surrendered by signing the Treaty of Otiny in 6573.
One of the first explorers to venture into the Rinai Jungle and return was Dr Tusko Peir. He told stories of torrential rains, endless marshes, and giant wild life. Because of his initial success, the Itonian Government organised and funded his next expedition to find the resource value of the Rinai River Basin, if any. Unfortunately for Dr Peir and his team after four days into the Rinai River they were ambushed and consumed by giant Pulube slugs.
A Mupikan machine gun team in the Ketian Shield repelling Oraki Forces 24 Ales 6568 (colorized). Mupikans are a sizeable minority in Ketia but it wasn’t always so. The Ketian Revolution of 6542 attracted almost a million Mupikans seeking refuge from their tyrannical feline overlords. Of coarse, when the Orakis invaded, thousands of them volunteered to defend their new homeland. “Chicken” platoons gained notoriety amongst the Ketian military, as they didn’t believe in prisoners.
The invasion of Tilos proved to be a bigger undertaking than previously thought by the Vithian Realm forces. The giant flora, megafauna and continued harassment from Tilosian rebels continued to slow down their progress through the thick underbrush. Some in the Vithian high command proposed using fire to burn down significant amounts of the legendary forest in order to ease movement of forces and deny the Tilosians cover. By 6566 the plan dubbed Operation: Hell Dagger, was in full effect. Thousands of flame tanks were mobilized to burn down huge swaths of forest. In the end however, The Vithian Realm and its allies, lost the war. Its plans to conquer the Tilosian Peninsula, a failure. Still, many analysts consider Operation: Hell Dagger one of the worst environmental disasters in the history of Artrion.
The Ratis Pass serves as a land bridge between the east and west of northern Angorra. Because of it’s strategic significance it has been one of the most contested patches of land in the region. The West Gate Fortress (built by the Hok Empire in 6379) remains a symbol of it’s importance. Although many battles have been fought over the pass, today it enjoys a loose peace under the Itonian regime.
The Valian people of the Perturian Marshes are known for using their poison tipped spears to hunt and ward off enemies. For this reason travelers are adviced to avoid the area. This hasn’t stopped the many corporations that continue to plunder their lands for the rare Aeraniun deposits.

Evafer VI is half the size of earths moon but it’s mountain ranges dwarf those found on earth. The Leather mountain range is so massive that it controls the planet’s weather. The Earthlings attempted colonization but it’s weather was to wild to sustain any meaningful human presence. Today it’s mostly used by pirates and terrorist cells

Fox McCloud is an anthropomorphic red fox and the main protagonist of the Star Fox series, who sometimes literally goes by the name of Star Fox, especially by his many enemies. He is additionally a pilot, combatant, adventurer, and the leader of the Star Fox team. Fox McCloud was a cadet at the Cornerian Defense Army Academy when he heard the news that his father, James McCloud, had met a violent end at the hands of the twisted genius, Andross. The senior McCloud had been betrayed by his own wingman, Pigma Dengar, and delivered into a deadly trap from which there was seemingly no escape. Only James's wingman, Peppy Hare, managed to limp home in his badly damaged starfighter. As the only survivor of the original Star Fox Team, Peppy insisted that the young Fox take on the leadership of the group and form a new team of pilots. Thrust into the leadership role that he wasn't prepared for, Fox recruited the hot-tempered Falco Lombardi and the mechanical genius Slippy Toad to make up the new Star Fox Team. For a price, this crack group will fight against any threat to the Cornerian star system. Although it may appear that the Star Fox Team is motivated only by financial gain, it will only accept missions that serve to uphold justice.
At the beginning of their quest, Trainers are given a starter Pokémon. This Pokémon will be used to battle the first wild Pokémon that the Trainer encounters. Once another Pokémon is caught, the starter Pokémon may be retired, but it is often with this Pokémon that Trainers learn friendship and trust. As such, even advanced Trainers may still use their starter Pokémon, and they will often be the most powerful Pokémon on their respective teams. #greenplantain #drawing #art #sketchbook #illustration #retrogaming #nintendoart #nintendo #pokemon #pokemonart #squirtle #charmander #bulbasaur

Link is the name shared by the main protagonists of The Legend of Zelda series. There are many incarnations of Link, each possessing the Spirit of the Hero, with some of them being blood-related as well. They are chosen by the Goddesses to protect the land from evil whenever deemed necessary. In the majority of Zelda games, their adventures take place within Hyrule, traveling through the land, collecting important items, and defeating a wide variety of enemies while trying to save both Princess Zelda and her kingdom from the clutches of Ganon, Vaati, or other villains. The first Link was introduced as a young Sword-wielding boy, but since The Adventure of Link, the identity, appearance, and role of each incarnation of Link have varied from game to game. Many of the Links are given titles to identify them, such as the Hero of Time in Ocarina of Time and the Hero of Winds in The Wind Waker.
