couldn't get an artist to draw my oc. this edited stick figure will have to suffice. unlike this image my sona has a face in canon.

I'm Gregg and my persona is an anthropomorphic clam. More specifically Ensis Caledonia AKA a razor shell clam. (they're the banana-curved variant of jackknife clams)

somewhat interpretive the flesh part of the clam is the man, and the two shell plates are on the small of their back there. (see the darker patch on the character image to see shells)

About Razor Shells

razor shells like all clams clean diseases and toxins from water, and as such they tend to amass in places of poor water quality. if sewers have large openings to the sea, they enter sewers.

razor shells accumulate amnesic toxins as a form of defense. basically if you swallow razor shell blood, you lose your memory. in small doses it's just your most recent memories, but in large doses you lose skills and knowledge as well.

often they burrow under the sand when the tide goes out, this is to avoid being eaten by seabirds and land predators, most sea predators stay away from beaches, out of the fear of being... well, beached.

as clams go the razor shell is notoriously quite fast-moving, even being able to wriggle free of a person's grasp like a fish. some even resort to stabbing fishermen and predators, using the needle at the tip of their phallus like a javelin.

Antiaristotelitics - The special ability of my persona's species.

since the author of the fictional world which my persona's anthropomorphic species is from contracted amnesia from eating the real world species they're based on, the amnesic effects of the species began to change.

functionally, the author developing amnesia had caused the natural process of cause and effect to become confused within the author's writing.

thus the amnesic properties of the anthropomorphic species, instead became replaced by antiaristotelitic properties, in other words it removes the properties of cause and effect.

depending on context this can have a number of side effects, all of which are a direct product of screwing with the mind of the writer of the fictional universe the species lives in.

so, you can use an energy that is steered by the magnetic flow of the mind to push mass outside of an area constructing a structure devoid of mass and energy aka a heat death pocket. due to temperature differential the mass and massless volume should not reconvene or at least not for a little bit, kinda like the film of a soap bubble, soft and pliable but willing to return to it's most stable state. though the pocket itself would indeed be void of matter, from a human perspective it would appear as a gelatinous solid. it would have elastic properties but also be somewhat plastic, not quite as strong as pvc but maybe a bit more like Styrofoam. said pocket would sap energy and be super-cooled. instantly putting out any reaction such as a fire or nuclear reactor. it would conduct electrical charge away but also stop heat, creating a sort of cool electricity that would be harmless. it would be structurally sound enough to move objects, and make even very heavy objects seem weightless. in earth's atmosphere it would radiate the most prominent energy, that being green light, though it would appear solid black in space. a particular band of light not generated by our sun, but the by-product of certain pigments exposed to sunlight, would drain the power of this energy. this color it turns out is a sunshine yellow. how ironic. though not all yellow pigments make this tone. in fact it's somewhat absent in nature and can only be found in man-made paints and dyes, usually containing sulfur oxide or particular metals when heated to high temperatures. such as was often used in mining lanterns. since the power is black but green on earth. if someone had such a power, they might theme themselves on black with green accent. theoretically there are minerals found in asteroids, that if subjected to intense pressures and radiation, may be able to emit such energies and by carefully focusing this energy into a beam, like through the use of a silicon lens through an aperture housing it within a reflective metal space isolated from external environmental factors could make a mind's magnetic fields able to form any shape. a small piece around the size of a man's fingertip might have enough energy to last for about a day, before the energy decays through half-life, but exposing it to a larger source would recharge it. hmm, maybe one about the size of a man's fist, could provided enough energy for centuries. i wonder if anyone's though of this as a superpow-
