Hi! I’m the one who asked about tracking enemies! I realised I didn’t explain too well about it when I read your answer… When I meant tracking enemies, I wanted to know how many of each enemies I’ve fought on the fight (like, 2 toridae and 3 whisper in the 2 battles in mire), rather than one enemy only (I don’t really wanna create a quest for all possible enemies in a venue…). I’ve recently found your tool (during last TCC) and I’ve loved it! Made my participation in challenges much easier since I don’t have to stop after each battle and manually write it down myself! TYSM for this amazing tool! I understand not wanting to bloat the tool, so I would understand if you didn’t add it, but I’d really love if you added it <3
I'm glad you find it useful! ..b and yes, I do intend to add enemy history! Sorry if that was unclear from my other answer. I talked about the quest function to clarify what the tool currently can do, even if it is a bit of a workaround.
I currently imagine enemy tracking would either be a separate tab (so, next to the BBCode, Overview and Quest tabs) or a new category in the overview section, that can be split between two types of views:
One view that tracks the packs, so it would show the unique instances of a pack you've fought. It could look something like [Enemy A, Enemy B x2] [Enemy A, Enemy A, Enemy C x1]
One view that instead of packs shows each individual enemy, like [ Enemy A x4], [Enemy B x2 and [Enemy C x1].
Initially, I don't think I'll add a "complete history" of each pack you've fought, in order (such as [Enemy A, Enemy B], [Enemy A, Enemy A, Enemy C], [Enemy A, Enemy B], etc) since it would probably get very long if it doesn't group each repeated group, but let me know if that would be useful and I can take a look at that!
The main thing that takes time for me when it comes to adding features is adjusting the UI and keeping it readable, so if you or anyone reading this ever have any suggestions or opinions on the UI of the tool, please let me know ..b
