Somehow I don’t think your mother will be backing down anytime soon.

Your mother seems quite set on quite the extraveganza for us.

I guess when the heart wants what it wants nothing else matters. But it is quite the story, even down to the getting married so quickly.

You won’t be so lucky I’m afraid, our wedding plans remain the same.

Hidden away at the lighthouse and then she meets and follows the guy back here despite what could happen if her young dad ever found out about her? Sounds like one of those fairytales my mother used to love to read to us.

Somehow the sister we didn’t know existed has a better love story than we do.
