Btw these people are the reason why I believe Arashi is a man!!

For context this person reblogged a post from a person saying they didn't like Arashi Narukami from ensemble stars being headcanoned as a trans woman. OP reblogged that post insulting OOP. For OP, Arashi being trans is the only interpretation possible. Try to say otherwise and you will be treated as an "enemy".

This is exactly the reason why I will always say Arashi is a man. You guys are so annoying treating headcanons like they are canon and reacting violently to other headcanons that conflict with yours. Arashi is NOT trans unless stated explicitly. Headcanons are fine but you need to stop insulting people who think differently.

But Arashi's transness is not a headcanon of course she didn't say "I'm a transwoman" but in a japanese game such as enstars with servers in other asian country LGBT+ content are severly censored You can still find evidence of the author trying to express the fact that she is trans in stories such as beasts where she is very uncomfortable with tetora calling her manly or in the main story of !!era episode 116 worry where Tatsumi is confused on why Arashi is refering to herself as a girl and Aira explains that It's common to treat her as a beautiful girl

some of the little details about her transness are lost in translation like the speach she uses wich is Joseigo or feminine language wich is a japanes way of speaking that makes you appear softer and more feminine (dreaming-lady made a great post about it)

Their is also the voice that Ryo kitamura her voice actor uses it isn't for nothing he intentionally makes her voice higher pitch and more feminine it even goes higher as time passes if you compare knights songs from 2015 and now

It's also true that in the earlier stories from 2018 she wasn't thought up as a woman but just a gay man or a femboy but quickly her story dirrection changed and Akita decided to write her more feminine

Nobody should be considered an enemy just because of a headcanon or a misunderstanding I know it's not obvious that Arashi is a woman but getting into the fandom and learning more about her even throught other stories and you get so much of her character even just reading the wiki page

I really love Naru-chan she is one of my favorite character and I'm not the most knowledgeable since I haven't read all the stories but I can still try and give a little insight :)
