rainy forest oils blend & simulating nature in an urban space
My anxiety has been really uniquely terrible this week - I blame the four planets in retrograde - and Iāve taken tonight to try and realign my energy so I can cope and heal and breathe. One step of that has been to fill my oil diffuser (I highly recommend this one; you can choose constant mist or intermittent mist and it has all kinds of relaxing light settings) with my custom rainy forest blend of oils. Personally, I use this mix:
3 drops Cypress oil
3 drops Scotch Pine oil
2 drops Texas Cedarwood oil
1 drop Nutmeg oil
This makes my room smell clean and soothing and safe, and itās a great way to simulate nature since I live in the middle of the urban sprawl. I also have the Rain Rain app on my phone, which is a free nature noise app. I like to set up a relaxing natural soundscape and chill out in my room.
Aside from relieving stress and anxiety, I think this is also great for my fellow city dwellers who get major nature withdrawals. If you wanted to, you could even put on pretty scenery videos along with the nature noises and forest aromatherapy blend and transport yourself mentally to somewhere beautiful and green.
Not All Witches.....
Not all witches wear black Not all witches are hippie Not all witches are Wiccan Not all witches are evil Not all witches believe in the same thing Not all witches worship Satan Not all witches grow plants or herbs Not all witches do spells Not all witches do rituals Not all witches read tarot Not all witches believe in the God and the Goddess Not all witches are Pagans Not all witches practice alone Not all witches are apart of a coven Not all witches curse Not all witches heal Not all witches are women
We are witches but we are all not the same
Witch Tip
Stop judging other witches. All witches are valid and have a right to practice however they please. There is already a huge stigma against witches in our society, and creating divides within the community is not going to make it any easier on any of us. We witches need to stand together.Ā

Do not give up on yourself if your plants die!!! Do not stop growing plants just because some of them die!! It takes time, practice, and care to grow plants, even easy ones like succulents. When I first started growing, almost all of my plants died. Even now, years later, I have a succulent that I feel will die soon. Sometimes this happens, no matter how caring and careful you are. Keep going, keep trying, because you can do it!!
what is the difference between a spirit and a familiar?
Spirits are from the ethereal realm, while familiars can be from the physical one! Or maybe from the physical one, but then they passed, and stayed with us from the ethereal one!
Does that answer your question?
I never post on Tumblr -_-
Hereās a witchsona I did of myself a while ago. I canāt wait till my hair grows out to this length again.
Itās FINALLY done! This took a good couple of weeks to do and Iām a little sick of sewing right now but it was totally worth it. I still need to iron it, clean up the edges and sew some stiff material onto the back, but I wanted to share it as soon as possible.Ā
I was never allowed to have a Ouija board as a kid, but Iāve always loved the aesthetic of them. Iām still debating with myself whether or not to sew or crochet aĀ planchette to go with it. I have no intentions of using it, but I think it would make it more complete to have one.Ā
Iāll update this post if I make one āؚƚ®šÆāØ
edit: planchette is done! here it is
Christian Astral Weaponry
This is what I did to create an astral weapon for use against aggressive spirits. I am a Christian and I used a psalm to instill my astral weapon with protection and power. It worked way better than I ever hoped.
So recently I was attacked by a spirit. It wasnāt that big of a deal and I forced it away, but my spirit companion told me I had to create a weapon for myself from now on.
Because I depend on God for most of my protection, I decided to take āusing Godās words as a weaponā literally. I found a psalm and spoke it out loud 3 times, visualizing a weapon forming in my hands and instilling it with Godās power (with His permission and giving thanks to Him afterwards).
And oh my lord did it work.
Basically what I did is I said aloud the verse once and let my mind perceive the creation of the weapon.
I spoke the verse again and poured my spoken words into the weapon. My arms physically started to vibrate with power. The weapon took on physical properties and I could start to feel itās weight in my hands.
Then I spoke it one more time and filled it with Godās power once more. It practically had my head spinning. Once I finished I walked over to a training dummy I had made before in the astral. I was hoping to practice attacking for a little bit.
I used the weapon on the dummy and it exploded my dudes. Fire and light and wind all whooshing around. I stared at the spot where the dummy used to be and suddenly I felt soooooo much safer in my home than I had before.
My companion was impressed, and he feels better about me being in the astral now.
I used Psalm 97, in case anyone was interested. Iām going to memorize this Psalm. I have a feeling itās more powerful when you speak the Psalm as you use it.
How to do a Simple and Easy Energy Magic "Trick"
Most things you think of when you hear the words āmagic trickā are related to illusions and gentlemen with top hats, canes, monocles, curtains, and everything like that, right? Well, what if I told you that you can do a REAL magic demonstration? Many might call it a variation of the placebo effect, but Iāve tried this many times myself, and it works. So, here we goā¦
1. Find an object that has some weight to it, but not enough that you canāt pick it up. And let it be able to fit in your hand. Something like a cellphone.
2. Concentrate on your surroundings, and know that everything is solid, stable, and you are in the present. Concentrate that feeling into your hands and then into the object. You might notice a tingly feeling, this is the energy.
3. Pick it up again and feel the weight. See if itās changed. Depending on the person, it will either feel heavier, lighter, or have some different feeling to it, temporarily.
If you want to impress people, then have them feel the object before you imbue it temporarily, then hand it to them once youāre done. Make sure that they see the object at all times, so they know youāre not messing with them or doing anything to it. If they say that they donāt feel anything, then tell them you didnāt do it right, and try to concentrate harder this time. Some people are more sensitive to energy than others, and need more of an input to feel it.
