Just finished my second read through of IWTV and i gotta say… i feel like brad pitt didn’t do a bad job. book louis really do be the “im not like other girls, im cool and mysterious” girl. mans is dead inside. so those saying brad pitt gave nothing, is correct and thats why its good. louis gives nothing. he’s just there, wallowing in his despair.

I’d love to hear yalls thoughts!!

How I think the IWTV characters would react to falling on the ground

Louis:

Oh, my sweet bipolar angel, I think it depends on what era we are in.

If we were in his early vampire days, when he was still pretending to be human, I think he would kill everyone around himself. He doesn’t want to be seen as weak.

Later in life, though, he would probably just get up and pretend it never happened.

Lestat:

MY POOKIE BEAR!!!!

I’m a strong believer that nothing can really faze him for an extended period of time.

Like the first few times of him being a vampire, he probably ate shit a lot and would get sooo angry for no reason.

But now, if he fell, I think it would just laugh it off or pull whoever he’s with down with him and make it romantic. He’s quirky like that

Claudia:

I can totally see Claudia playing it off in two ways.

She would fall down (accidentally or on purpose) and pretend to be the “helpless little girl” and kill whoever helped her.

But if she were in front of people she knew or cared about, she would pop back up, brush herself off, and continue on.

She’s not like Louis in the way of pretending it never happened, but more so not letting it faze her (LIKE HER MOTHER)

Armand:

That little shit would scurry away and hiss at people like the gremlin he is
