Had the friggen best time this weekend! It was so amazing to see all of the Greensboro peeps, a lot of whom I haven't seen since I graduated! Plus it was really awesome just to have some down time just to chill out and hang with my friends just like old times! It was AMAZING :D

Man I feel like shit is really turning around for me. I was handling two different ladies in chat yesterday, both of them were slow on the uptake and I was getting super frustrated, although I made sure not to let it show in chat. One lady I finally had to redirect to email cause she was not getting it and she was like "oh finally I'll get some real help" (scu' me, ru') but the other lady...

SHE WAS SOOO GRATEFUL and appreciative and lovely and I felt kinda bad for feeling frustrated and she sent us this absolutely lovely email after the chat and it made my cold dead heart grow three sizes that day.

It's people like this that keep me going strong.
